Very helpful non-profit organization. They help people/families achieve housing goals. From Ready-To-Rent classes to purchasing your first home....One Roof can help and guide you each step of the way. Being a nonprofit, the employees seem to really care about the individuals using their programs. Also, they care about their employees. I worked on and off with them a few years and I loved it. Loyal, helpful, the pay was AWESOME, and I think they even help with college education in certain situations.

Amazing company. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Every one there is friendly and very considerate of your feelings. They help with so many different things, they have helped us get into a home of our own, helped us rebuild our credit so we could buy, walked us through all the steps of getting back on our feet again. They have helped us even 4yrs later with an electrical issue we were dealing with and now they are helping us to remodel our house for handicapped accessibility due to my husband's deteriorating health condition. They are absolutely incredible and 150% would recommend them to anyone I can. just wonderful

Just look at 108 Eden Lane. It is a beautiful property. Our neighbor Jane moved a year ago. The house has been empty. They occaisionally have "workers" stop by. There was a break in due to anandoned property. This house would be amazing for a small family. The "worker" sat in a new lawn chair in the front room on her phone. As a "non profit" they have no business taking up housing that could be used. Honestly, drive by. It is not a large house, but it is beautiful. One Roof taking over a year to get people in. Shame on them.

Absolutely wonderful organization to work with. The staff is kind and courteous while assisting the community with their home improvement needs. One Roof also has other program options available for educational purposes to assist individuals with credit repair and other great topics, highly recommended!

a good place to find information about housing in the community one of the things that they do here is help with covid-19 eviction relief and they do a lot of other things such as tenant landlord disputes I would highly highly recommend that anyone in Duluth go to this place if they're having a dispute with their landlord landlords in Duluth tend to be very very overpowered and very few people stand up to their landlords in Duluth it's a sad thing that's what this place is for though is for you to negotiate with your landlord remember you have rights to and you also have power you have the power not to pay them rent for example if they need to fix something and they're not fixing it then you can deny them rent for that month money does have to go into an escrow account if I'm not mistaken and I'm not a lawyer I'm not I can't give legal advice but these people will help you figure out the best outcome for a situation and will assess your needs based on the information that you give them the more information you give them the better so I would definitely do whatever you can get out of this place because there's a lot to be had here and it's a shame that people aren't using it more so yeah please get in contact with this place if this is what you need to get in contact with and stand up for yourself your home is your Castle don't let some greasy some Lord have any kind of control over you
