We had the run around with our insurance company and Cory made so many phone calls for us for weeks on end to finally get it all straightened out. He wasn't pushy or aggressive like some salespeople can be. Once the actual roofing began, it was done quickly and efficiently. The roof looks great. First I called on Wednesday they said they would call back in 24 hours 25 hours later I called and said I got no call from them. Then they said they would call me back in a bit. The next day they called and told me my house was to close to the next house so they couldn't do it because they may damage the roof next door. There is like 20 feet between my house and the neighbors house and the neigh or's house is set back farther than. My guess is he didn't even come look at the house.
