I am not a very handy person so these guys are my go to for all home repair needs. If they can’t do it, they will point you in the right direction. I have had Scott Didrikson Construction add a bathroom, finish our basement, replace a roof, add insulation to our attic, replace our deck and railings. They have always been very responsive when I have reached out for questions or needs. They have been a great company to work with and appreciate the relationship we have built over the years!Service: Roof installation

Waste of time. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to have 8 windows replaced. Jeremy called an hour before the appointment to reschedule due to rain. I asked to keep the appointment, since I knew most of the appointment would be indoors and my husband and I had both arranged time off. He did show up, and was a nice guy. As expected, most measuring and talking happened indoors. He promised to get back to us with the estimate. I called back after 3 weeks, and was told Jeremy was out of town that week on a job, and that we would hear back next week. It's now a week and a half later. Still no word. If a job doesn't suit your company, say so from the outset. Communicate if there is some unexpected delay. Don't waste our time and yours.

Good work but a scheduling fiasco! We were scheduled to have our garage roof replaced at 8am on Saturday of Labor day weekend, no one showed up all day and even more disappointing, no one called. My husband had hauled everything out of the garage, since they were going to be removing old insulation, and then had to haul it all back in! Then on Sunday at 1pm a crew shows up unannounced! We were hosting a birthday party at 3 so we had to tell them it wasn't going to work for that day. They apologized and agreed to come back at 8 am on Monday(labor day) . They did show up but not until 10. I realize a garage roof isn't a big job and they had told us it would be a fill in job for them, but hey guys have you heard of a phone?! After the job was finished, two large trailers were left in our driveway until late morning the next day! Even if we had wanted to park in our garage over night we couldn't have! Like I said the work was good and the price was reasonable but I don't know if we would use them again mostly because of the poor communication.

It took forever to get them to come the first time.When Scoot left he told me that he didn't have the right product with him and he would be back in 1 week. That was 10 month ago. Now in this time water is pouring in my garage, he hasn't put my gutters back on, everything is getting wet. There's no Snow stops on the roof and all the snow is sliding down on the deck and freezing. Also Snow is piling up on part of the garage roof which is week and leeking even more. I found nails and screws all over the yard. 2 flat tires and I could go on and on. I got ahold of him 3 months ago and he said he would make time in the next few weeks. I was counting on this because my garage is leaking bad. I have not heard from him since. I have called, texted over 50 times and I get no answer. I called to even make appointment with the office left a message. No one called me back. I guess it's time to go to the next step.Service: Roof installation

We recently had Scott Didrikson Construction install a new sliding glass door, windows, and roof on our house. I want to start by saying that the quality of the work is GREAT, but the customer service was TERRIBLE, and is the only reason why I would not recommend the company to family and friends.We felt the discussions with Scott and the majority of the crew were fine, but Jeremy was very demeaning and defensive throughout the entire process. He talked down to us as if we were below him and was often out of touch with what we were to be expecting each day. There would be days, sometimes weeks, in between when workers were at our house, which is fine with some explanation, but there was none. At one point, we hadn't seen anyone at the house for some time, and Jeremy was not answering texts or calls. Eventually, he text Scott's name and number, nothing else, with no explanation... so were we to assume he was our new front man??? When my fiance questioned this in another text, he called, and was very rude, and I know this as he was on speaker phone. He said "I thought I made it clear that I was out of town hunting and you were to contact Scott." Ummmm.... not clear at all, just one text with his name and number, nothing else. He never mentioned he would be gone and we were to contact someone else.All in all, I'm happy the project is done and we no longer have to be in contact with him. Again, the quality of the workmanship is amazing, we are happy with the final project, but getting there was a struggle. If Jeremy is their only front man, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Couldn’t be happier with the deck replacement Didrikson Construction did for us. Jeremy was pleasant to work with, took all our concerns into account. Shaun and Jake are excellent carpenters. Attention to detail is their focus. Final bill was in accordance with the original estimate. Thanks again guys, for the excellent job you did for us.

hired him to replace a roof. His team came over started to replace roofing system, then called us to add on new replacement sheathing for $3,000.00. This was 5 years ago. We sold the home and come to find out when new home owners doing addition that the roof was completely rotten. He never "replaced the sheathing as in the $3k estimate" only refoofed over old roofing system. In trying to reach him he never called back! You can call his answering service and leave a million messages, only to never get a call back. Wound up in small claims only he never showed up, not once but twice. We don't want any other home owners to have to go through what we did, Scott never goes back to the site after the "sale" and he has stated he has no warranty or insurances on his products after we finally reached him after he got his papers to court. He offered no costs back voluntarily. We would never recommend this company at any point.

We called for an estimate, told them what we needed. It took them three weeks come out. They canceled once because of rain, however there was no rain during our scheduled appointment day and time. In the end, they told us they only do big jobs. What a waste of our time!

Call them for an appointment to have them give me an estimate on replacing my roof. They took my information and said that someone would get back to me. After 6 weeks nobody had called me back.

Scott and his crew came in on day, re-shingled my roof and cleaned up all the mess. Scott was honest about some extra charges when they found some rotted boards that needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend them.

They weren't on time and very unorganized. Some employees smelled like alcohol. I worked for this guy only a couple days and it wasn't pleasent. Put new crew together and it would be a great company.

Took the entire summer to get them to come out in 2020. Now i need them to come out and repair what they did. Again like pulling teeth. Scott said he would be out in couple of days 3 weeks ago. Why am I being treated this way?Service: Roof installation
