My husband and I were looking to pay retail for a new roof so we could change insurance companies with ease. After contacting multiple roofing companies, Star Exteriors was the only one to 1) visit our home within just a few days of our initial call and 2) provide an on-site estimate same-day that was very reasonable for our budget. We worked with Jared throughout the whole process and was later joined by Jay on the day of install. The team was very prompt; respected our property, the neighbors, and our dog (who needed to get out once in a while); and cleaned so well afterwards you never would have known they were there. The entire experience was honest and transparent, treated with urgency, and we felt comfortable with their employees in and on our property. Would highly recommend for both retail and insurance needs - we will definitely be working with them again.

We worked with a previous other contractor for eight months (stringing us along) who ended up quitting two other companies and moving south. Feeling frustrated called Star Exteriors, and Jared came out to our house the next day. He was very professional and courteous to work with, and within two months, our project was complete! Star Exteriors had a great crew come in, covered everything that needed protections, were friendly and VERY HARD WORKING, clean up was excellent, and job turned out beautifully! Couldn't ask for a better experience, so they are highly recommended by us! The people who worked in the office were also very professional and friendly, and great to work with, and took care of all insurance needs. THANKS JARED to you and your team! Star Exteriors is a small business that delivers amazing service. Our house and garage roofs needed to be shingled due to storm damage. John (Project Manager), Manuel (Crew Foreman), and the entire crew are extremely professional, courteous and helpful. The quality of work is outstanding. Can't say enough good things about Christian and the team at Star Exteriors! Christian was on point and worked diligently with our insurance company to get our roof replaced (we're now working with him on getting the siding replaced as well). He was very responsive and quick to answer many of the questions we had. The new roof went up in May 2020 and took the team less than a day to put up! Will be recommending Christian and Star Exteriors to friends and family that may be thinking about a new roof or siding, couldn't have been easier!

Jared was was awesome to work with! Very professional and knowledgeable about roofs and siding. He sat down several times with us to make sure we had all our questions answered and that we were getting the siding we wanted. He also helped us deal with our insurance company, who were being difficult to work with. We ultimately got new siding installed by Star Exteriors and couldn't be happier! We have gotten many compliments on the work that was done. We will be using them again if/when we need a new roof or new siding. Dominick Kuyl came to my knocking after a big storm asking if he could go up and look at my roof for damages. I was a bit nervous about it but he was very professional and even had his insurance card with him. He did find some damage and he showed me pictures and even explained the whole process to me in a way I understood. After he talked to my adjuster and I was able to get all my damages repaired I was left with a stunning roof with a great warranty. The process was easy and quick. Long story short, I noticed water damage in my garage. Will from Star Exteriors came out and was able to get me a new roof through my insurance. While the roof was ripped off, they did everything they could to get the problem area sealed and extra prevention so it doesn't happen again.The crew and Will cared about cleanup, and got the majority of the nails and trash, even in the neighbor's yard due to the windy day. He came back once the dumpster was removed to get the nails from under there as well.He checked back in a few times after installation to ensure the roof was to my expectations and made it known he cared the issue was solved. Josh was very professional and answered all my questions. They were very coordinated and efficient. Everyone on the crew was very polite and hard working. Since the job was completed I have only found 6 nails, and they were not a hazard where they lay. I had another company replace my roof 15 years ago and I was finding nails for months, except for the one in my wife's tire which we found pretty much right away. I had no clue how to go about getting someone to do my roof. A knock on my door a few times from a very persistent project manager Jake helped me decide to go with Star Exteriors. I have never been more pleased. Not only did Jake take the time to let me know everything I needed to do and what was going on time wise and all.
