My insurance company was giving us a bit if a run around with my hail damage claim. I turned this over to GreenGuard for resolution and from the beginning to the very end took very good care of us for a beautiful re-roof and siding. Will definitely use them again if needed.

They handled all of the communication with our insurance company and went the extra mile to ensure they covered any extra costs. Don't waste your time with this company as Greenguard will not honor their warranty. The day they reshingled my roof I pointed out two issues and was told they will lay flat with heat. To this day they are same. Within 3 months of job, shingles started heaving/buckling. More Pictures were send to Greenguard immediately. Greenguard blames Atlas, the shingle manufacturer and Atlas says it's Greenguards fault because they did not use correct ice water shield and it was wrinkled before shingles were put on. ATLAS came out and sent sample shingle in for testing and came back no defects. Nick from Greenguard said Lumber yard was willing to give him all supplies to redo my roof, but Nick from Greenguard refuses to pay labor. He won't honor his Warranty. He told me to deal with it and take Atlas to court. Excuse me? I'm a paying customer with a awful roof and Greenguard refuses to do anything! Stay away from this Company!

Greenguard construction did an amazing job on my roof. They fought my insurance company on my roof claim and were very persistent in making sure I get my roof replaced properly! I would highly recommend Greenguard Construction!

They didn't hit the studs when installing the siding only about half of them.Out door lights and water Faucet. When they put them back on they used dry screws. That rust off in 6 months.Jobs not done and received letters about being sued for payment. Who pays before job it is done. Very nice man who we signed us up to do the job. Then doesn't return phone calls When you have a problem.I would not recommend this company. So more I could say they did wrong. But they don't care once you pay. And then they rude on the phone. Green Guard Construction have done both my Roof and the entire home siding. They have done an excellent job completing both the projects on time with out any defects. During the project i worked with Brian Walters from Green Guard and he has done an excellent job managing the project from start to finish and collaborating with my Insurance company. Hail storm required a full roof replacement. I didn't think insurance would replace all of it so I poured a new cement apron in front of garage. Couple days later, insurance check showed up. Contacted Greenguard,they gave me a date to start and I was worried about the new cement. They did a great job protecting the new cement and entire property. Fast and reliable. Nick and his team from GreenGuard helped replace out roof. They dealt with the insurance company directly and did all they could to make sure the process was as painless as possible for our family. This company was terrible. We used them for hail damage work. They replaced windows, gutters and more. They miscalculated the cost of the windows, their gutter installation sub scratched our new garage doors, broke the front off our hottub and installed gutters that leaked (they never fixed these things). The subcontractor returned multiple times and attempted to fix the gutters in the dark. The gutters still leak. The window installers took a gash out of our carpet and didn't repair. Felt like I needed to file an insurance claim for the insurance work they had done. They installed the windows and left it roughed in and unfinished. I had to call and complain to get them back to finish the work. There's more. Very frustrating experience. Won't use them again.Service: Painting
