We had a few pieces of maintenance free siding come loose from the the strong winds. Tim was quick to respond and on time with an on-site estimate, which was lower than another vendor. The work was finished within a week. His crew completed every task as requested with care and professionalism. We give them 5star rating and would use them again if a need arises.

We had an ice dam on our roof that caused water damage in our home in the winter of 2023. I had three roofing contractors come out in the spring to look at the roof and advise us on what type of repair would keep it from happening again.We chose Tim and Renewed Exterior Systems to repair our roof. Tim was willing to come out to the house and look at the damage, advise us on what should be done, and even met with our insurance claims adjuster to show him what repairs were necessary.We are extremely pleased with the work that was done. We are confident that our ice dam problem won't happen again, and we are so happy that it was done by Tim and his crew. They were courteous, punctual, professional, and delivered on every promise that was made.As a homeowner, I feel confident in recommending Renewed Exterior Systems, and I will be calling them the next time I have any problem with my roof.

If you are looking for a GREAT, LOCAL company to do house repairs or additions, I found Renewed Exterior Systems to be a TERRIFIC resource. LOVE that they are not a HUGE company but especially that they are local and devoted to getting the job done quickly, at a reasonable price and very focused on customer service. Replaced my roof, garage door, some siding and updated a front entrance post. DEFINITELY recommend this group

I am a residential realtor, and have many roofing companies on my referral list. I had a small roofing repair that I needed at my home. I couldn't get any of the roofers that I have been referring business to for years to even return my calls because they didn't want to deal with a smaller job. He got back to me right away, was willing to help me with the reflashing I needed done, gave me a very fair quote, and took care of the work in less than a week. He has been a pleasure to work with. We had a great experience with Renewed Exterior Systems. We had violent woodpecker holes that Tim advised us on. We replaced wood siding and he rehung the woodpecker detractors. The house looks great and like we never had an issue with the birds. Job very well done.

Tim and Renewed Exterior Systems built a beautiful custom deck for us.We live in a 75-year-old home which had an older, large, existing deck that wasn’t a standard square or rectangular shape. It was anyone’s guess what its underneath structure was going to look like when the top deck boards were removed. And we knew because of the age of the home that not much was going to be square.Tim met with us to look at the job, and we immediately knew he was our guy. He’s easy-going and very polite and had detailed answers to all of our questions. We ended up giving him the job over the other 2 companies we'd gotten bids from.The job took a little longer to finish than was expected, due to the nature of having to navigate day-to-day issues of building onto an older home and also a few supply-chain delays, but luckily Tim and his crew were great to have around. They never felt like they were in our way and we always liked seeing them each day.Overall we had a great experience with Tim and Renewed Exterior Systems and would recommend them highly. Our deck is beautiful.
