We came home from a weekend away to find a crazy buildup of ice dams after a January thaw and rain. Water was backing up and dripping into our 3-season porch. After calling half a dozen places, we chose Duvall. They were responsive, rates were simple to understand, and they had availability within 36 hours.They showed up on time, did a great job, and worked for the full time hired, not just on the portion of the roof I'd sent pictures of. I hope we never have that issue again, but if we do I'd know who to call immediately.

Amazing service & great value. Woke up to water leaking into my kitchen through a light fixture, Duvall answered my call and was out to my house in a couple hours. Cleared off the roof quickly and stopped the water from coming into the house.
