Purpose Driven Restoration did a great job on our project. They came on time, worked diligently, and were careful around our perennial gardens. A problem arose when they discovered the house’s roof decking had shrunk with age. This meant they had to get another layer on top to restore it to code. They did that promptly and efficiently. The project coordinator, Brad Swanson, stopped by regularly to check on the project. The crew finished up and cleaned the site well. The roof looks great! Nothing was damaged and communication lines are open. Brad checked back recently to see if we were satisfied with the job. We are! We would recommend PDR with confidence to our friends.

Very impressed with the work PDR did on the siding and shingles for my home. There was a serious issue with getting my insurance to pay the agreed upon amount. Sales Rep Manager Brad Swanson worked with my insurance to get them to pay the $16,000 they refused to pay after agreeing to initially pay it. He went above and beyond in the amount of time he spent getting the insurance to pay. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done for me. 5 stars.

USAA's adjusters, from Alacrity, were vertical difficult to deal with, giving different information depending upon who we talked to - we spoke to many different people. We reached out to PDR for a kitchen remodel in 2021.The PDR representative gave us a competitive bid on our project. We were then pressured to sign the contract before the end of the year as "prices of materials are only guaranteed through the end of the year." So we did. After confirming with our rep that we had put 1/3 down, she replied that she no longer works with the company! We called to get our deposit back and void our contract and were told we couldn't, so we continued to meet with PDR.We told PDR that we expected them to honor the contract that we signed, but they claimed it was not bid out correctly by their former employee. To which, we said that isn't fair to us. However, we continued to meet, unclear as to what the price for our project would be.We met roughly 10 times with no less than 6 different PDR reps over the next 6 months. Each time the PDR rep requested to remeasure and that there could "always be a change order."Finally, they sent over a change order request for custom cabinets for thousands of dollars above our contract, which explicitly stated that it included custom cabinets. We communicated that custom cabinets were included and that we didn't expect to pay for a change order.Months later, they wrote a letter which included our money back and voided the contract.This is the worst experience I have had with any vendor.I understand that they were going through high turnover, but I don't believe that we, as their clients, should have paid for their lack of competency.

Multiple scuffs to our siding during tear-off. Drip edge looks like it was installed in a hurry. I had to tack up some of the fascia that they left hanging. Also very eager to get final payment from our insurance (texts and emails). Not as eager to get the project scheduled and started with initial payment.

Been a Homeowner for 21 years...hired numerous contractors. Some good, some not so good. None have been terrible. This one is. I mean, if I could document the past 9 months. 9 months to have one patio door installed. Today is my second date for "install" and again no work being done, nobody showed up. Things happen with schedules I am well aware of. But no call backs. None! Not even a call saying we can't make it today because..........who does that and how can they still be in business? DO NOT CHOOSE THEM FOR ANYTHING. I have no axe to grind. Now I have to find a different installer for the door. So I paid them 2/3 of the entire bill to order me a door that took 8 months and they can't/wont install it.UPDATE 1/3/23: Project finished.I do owe it to the people I worked with directly and the company as a whole to say the remainder of the project, install, quality of work, attitude, follow up was very good. The problems I had were with sales and administration. Basically everything leading up to the actual work needed to be performed. The people doing the work who are in your home and talking to face to face were great. It just took a long time to come to that conclusion. I believe changes are being done or have been done where sales and administration are concerned.Service: General construction

We are incredibly disappointed in our experience with this company. Our project is finally done - almost. The city inspector came out earlier this week and stated that we still had had an open electrical permit that needed to be inspected, which was news to us. We've reached out to Purpose Driven a couple of times about that and haven't received a response yet. We will be glad to have this company out of our lives and home when/if they ever get back to us about scheduling whatever electrical inspection is outstanding.Backing up, almost every step of our journey with this company has been disappointing. Even though it would seem that Purpose Driven has done many kitchen projects, it almost felt like we were their first one. We had three different "project managers" during our project. The first two both seemed incredibly incompetent and unorganized and both had poor communication. I believe they both ultimately left the company or were let go. When we asked the first project manager questions, she would google the answers right in front of us- she knew nothing about kitchen remodels. The second guy was marginally better, but still incredibly inefficient, unorganized and poor with his communication. He would never arrive when he said he would- we never knew when he or the sub contractors would show up, but we knew it wouldn't be when he said they would. The final guy seemed better but he came onboard at the tail end of the project, which is unfortunate. Also, the design fee they charge is a joke. We paid I believe $2,500 for a design fee. When we saw the design, it looked like it came out of Microsoft Paint and it was not to scale. Ultimately, when our island came in, the project manager told us to put it where we want it and that he would nail it down. What did we pay the design fee for again? Also, when he nailed the island down, he put the nails too high so the nail holes showed above the baseboard of the island and had to be touched up with the touch up paint, which shows. For the amount of money we paid, the quality just isn't there. I also had to rip up all of the floor covering/paper and clean up after the project myself and by that point our second project manager had stopped responding to us. For $26,000, I should not have had to do that. My wife did reach out to the person we believe was above our project mangers, but of course he never called her back.I could go on and on with the inefficiencies, incompetence and lack of communication we dealt with from this company every step of the way, but the moral of my story is that I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company to anyone and will absolutely go elsewhere when we tackle other remodeling projects on our new home.Service: Kitchen remodeling

We hired PDR for a siding project after having a great customer service experience with their staff. We started experiencing problems when the actual work started. The workers did not show up when they said they would. We had to contact PDR and then were told each time that the crew would show up tomorrow. This happened over and over. They also messed up on our order causing multiple delays. Our house had lead paint but they failed to do the lead mitigation completely. I spent hours of my own time picking up sharp siding scraps, razor blades, and nails from my property as well as finishing the paint job they failed to finish. They were helpful in working through some of the other issues we had. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very impressed with Brad Swanson and his professional attitude. When I contacted him one of the first things he did is tell me all about the PDR company and how they value a satisfied customer. I had him check my roof out as we had a big hail storm go through our town. He met with my insurance adjuster and they determined I needed new shingles along with some other damage. Thank Goodness Brad worked and communicated with my insurance company so that each knew what was going on. When the crew came and removed my old shingles they found out that the deck or roof was not up to code. Brad immediately called my insurance company and the local building inspector to determine what the next step was to be. They all met at my premise and in just a short time they determined plywood sheeting must be placed over the whole roof of the house and garage to get it up to code. Brad took care of all of this so there was no hassle for me at all. In fact to my surprise my the insurance company not only paid for the new shingles but they also took care of the expense of the plywood. I know this was all done because Brad was so knowledgeable in what to do and how to present it to the insurance company. The crew that did all this work was absolutely amazing. They were hard workers and did a very good job for me. Your company has proved to me that indeed you deserve a big THANK YOU from me!!

We hired PDR to completely remodel our master bathroom. They took it down to the studs and completely rebuilt it in a much different configuration. They did a great job and we love how it turned out. We had our own designer, who they worked well with, and Corey and Dan also had several good design ideas that improved the finished product. Love the heated floor! Dan kept us well informed regarding what was going to happen next and when people were coming. Thank you PDR!
