We had a great experience using Vertex roofing for our new standing seam roof. Dea was great helping us find a solution that worked for us. We ended up adding insulation under the metal roof and it made a huge difference on our log home. Brandon and crew went above and beyond on the install. They took the time to straighten as much as possible on our old log home and the end result was great! The best part about the experience was always being able to communicate with any of the staff. Vertex Roofing of Eveleth, MN installed standing seam steel-metal roofs on six buildings at my cabin property. The new roofs are a great improvement to the shingles we have long worked to maintain. The style, color and installation details enhance the appearance of our cabins and the heavy gauge steel provides new strength and fire resistance our prior roofs did not have. The Vertex team did an excellent job keeping me informed and always ensuring my satisfaction. Sales Representative, Dea Casey explained options and provided sound recommendations. Project Coordinator, Brandon let me know how work would proceed and very capably oversaw the project start to finish, and Foreman, Tim saw to many details. Their example continued with every member of the crew showing genuine concern that I was pleased with the finished outcome. Our project took extra effort being remote/boat access only. They completed six roofs including tear-off and removal of all the old shingles. The job site was always organized and clean; NO evidence of work remains other than my new roofs! We look forward to enjoying their product and workmanship for many years.UPDATE - 3 years later, I still love my new roofs! Thanks Vertex!

I was very happy with all of the services provided. Dea Casey was very responsive and did an excellent job in explaining the process and preparing the estimate, including a few of our related requests. She was punctual and kept us up to date throughout the project, as did Brandon and crew during installation. They sent us pictures during and after installing the roofs, as we were not available on site at the time. Their office staff (Karin) was equally helpful and very professional. Dea Casey was our initial contact with Vertex. She came out to the house after a 2.5 hour drive and spent the next 2 hours going over construction methods to materials and then pricing. She brought us on board and took care of the rest of the details. The roofing crew were great. Even though I worked while they were doing their thing, I was confident enough to leave my house open so they could access the bathroom and cold drinks. Totally trust worthy and friendly! Once again Vertex roofing knocks it out of the park. Three years ago, we made an investment in a metal roof and chose Vertex Roofing. I am happy to report, it was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made in life. Not only do I have a beautiful roof that provided for peace of mind, but I know that if I need follow up service, Vertex is there for me after the sale. Earlier this week Brandon and his crew came out and installed over 32 feet of snow bar on the roof of our home and garage. As always, the work was done one time and exceeded all expectations I had. The work that Brandon does is truly amazing. Brandon takes pride in his work and is just an all around nice man. The crews that he has brought to home home are equally nice and skilled at their jobs. It I had to give a letter grade to Brandon and his crew, it would be AAA+++. Secondly, I owe a great deal of credit to Dee, who I met with at the Ice Fishing show last December. Dee took the time to listen to my concerns and made some suggestions that I had never considered, which resulted in additional snow bar being placed so I do not have to worry about pressure from snow coming into contact with pipes coming out of the roof. In closing, if you are looking for a company to install a metal roof, consider sitting down with Dee and request Brandon at Vertex roofing. I may not live in a mansion, but I believe that I have the finest roof in the Village of Lake Nebagamon! Thank you Vertex Roofing for yet another job, well done! :-)

Our roof looks fantastic! Vertex is a very professional and reputable company. Bradon and his crew did a great job putting the roof on, it's a12-12 pitch! They were very personable and really hard workers. They showed up and gave it 110% for us so that we'd have a roof to be proud to show off. It took a wait (4 months) until my turn came around for my roof to be started.When they arrived (a crew of 3) they went at it tearing off my old roof covered in snow. Replacing rotten boards and insulation. They worked hard and in 8 days it was finished. The crew was funny and respectful. They left my yard clean and neat.I would recommend and hire again. Did I mention I won’t have to replace my roof again and it’s beautiful.
