Associates in-store (particularly lumber & building materials) are knowledgeable and friendly, but sales and management bungled my orders three times. I was quotes different prices, my deliveries were pushed back three times and incomplete once.The most aggravating experience was the flooring installation. The company that the Fergus Falls Home Depot sub-contracts out to for many installations did not call to confirm an appointment. I came home from at the previously designated meeting time to find they had let themselves into my house (found the spare key)! There was no, "Hi, how you doing?" The worker's first words to me as he stood in MY living room were, "You got some crap to move!" He complained that people always stack materials in the wrong room, then watched as I moved them myself. After I called to report this, the installers rushed through the next day to finish as quickly as possible. My new, $3500 floor now creaks, moans and generally annoys me whenever I walk in the house.If you need to simply buy materials in store, it's a great location, but I highly recommend against ordering large quantities/deliveries or any installation/construction.
