I had the opportunity to have Midwestern Construction replace my gutters and repair my dormer that was in dire need. The dormer had shingles on it from previous owners, and it was not something that looked professional. Aaron come up with a solution that pleased me and made it look amazing! Aaron was incredible to work with. When I first made the call to him, he came out to look at my roof the same evening! in his first visit he noticed what the insurance adjuster did not, that our home would need not only new shingles, but also we would need new plywood boards over our entire roof due to it being out of code.Aaron and his crew were incredible. They were punctual and stayed until the job was done; and it was not a small undertaking. They were polite and considerate and left the property very clean when they left.Afterward, Aaron took care of all the unpleasantness of dealing with the insurance company, which could not have been easy given the disparity of the insurance adjustor's initial estimate and the actual cost to repair the roof/shingles and bring it back up to code. Aaron took all the stress out of the situation and perhaps best of all, communicated regularly with us at every turn, whether it was to ask a question, obtain our preferences, or simply to provide an update.I would definitely recommend Midwestern Construction to anyone and hope to use their services again in the future.

I have been working with Aaron Robinson since the spring of 2019, when our church initiated a windstorm damage claim, followed 2 months later with a hail damage claim, with our insurance company. The insurance company had been eager to collect the annual fees for insurance coverage but was certainly not eager to pay for what appeared to be legitimate wind and hail damage.Aaron met with the insurance company's recommended adjuster who agreed with Aaron that the roof had suffered windstorm damage adequate to require a total replacement of the approximately 15,000 sf roof. The insurance company did not like that outcome so sent a person to do a second evaluation. Our church has a 10/12 pitch roof - the second person was not equipped with the needed foot-ware, ropes and harness needed to access that steepness so completed his assessment from his views from the valleys and the peaks of the roof, not ever venturing out onto the "field" of the roof. Based on his assessment, our claim was denied.Aaron was not willing to stand down. He met with a public adjuster company at the site. He, with the public adjuster, decided that we should continue pushing back on the insurance company. Which we did - back and forth for 2 more years.A final, court-ordered evaluation was scheduled for this past spring. The assessment resulted in approximately one half the roof being covered by insurance, less the legal fees .Aaron and his crew completed the re-roof project in great time, and came in under budget.I completely enjoyed working with Aaron through what must have been a very frustrating experience for Aaron as well. And would recommend Aaron Robinson and Midwestern Construction to do a roof repair/replacement on any structure that he would say that he/his company is geared to do.

Aaron got back to us in a timely manner about our roof leaking. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed the leak same day and also fixed some lose shingles for us while he was fixing the leak! Highly recommend him for any roofing needs!! I am very pleased with the roofing project done by Midwestern Construction. I had been told I didn’t have much damage, but Brandon stopped by and checked my roof and took pictures of very evident hail damage. He was very helpful with working with my insurance company! The crew was on time and did a great job, cleaning up the area, and going around the house 4 times to make sure nails weren’t left. Just got to say that as a home inspector who deals with contractors daily it was quite a joy to see a man go out of his way to do his job in such a professional and dedicated manner without charging an insane price. We had splatter (splash) marks on our roof from hail damage as well as a little bit of wind damage and my insurance company denied my claim, so we turned to Aaron at Midwest construction for some assistance in getting a claim accepted. This guy tried four times and finally succeeded in getting the insurance to admit that there was plenty of damage sufficient enough to justify them paying for a new roof, without asking me to do anything but provide him the phone numbers of the representative that said "no". I work with many professionals in the trades and this man knows what he's doing and does it very well.

10 Seconds out of his truck Aaron knew that my old roof was installed incorrectly. My experience has been nothing but positive. Aaron knew what needed to be done, the way to do it properly, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I have contacted other contractors and received replies weeks later if at all, Aaron usually got back to me in hours about any questions I had. He also dealt with a uncooperative insurance company to get the job covered correctly. You don't have to take my word for it, have him out to give you a quote (he actually takes measurements and walks the property, instead of using a program), and you can get the impression for yourself that I got... He knows what he's doing.

Aaron was AMAZING!!! We had a leak in our upstairs ceiling and he came and looked twice for us- of course it would only rain at night so it made it hard to find. Thankfully today it rained and he came out very prompt and got it fixed for us. Anytime I text him about this he responded right away which is always nice from a business owner! He is also very reasonable with his prices. I will always use him for any room repairs or external house repairs in the future!
