I was laid off at the end of the South Peak Wind project in Montana. A year later Montana came after all my unemployment income when I filed my taxes. I now get no tax returns because someone at Fagen reported to montana's unemployment office that the reason I wasn't employed there was a "failure to report". First off, I've never even been to company headquarters, somewhere in Minnesota, and secondly, the project was completed and I was laid off. This is costing me over $20,000. Cuz some office worker was too lazy to contact me or the supervisor who laid me off.
