On January 10th. I received a call at work telling me my condo was flooded out. When I came home walls and floors were soaked. I called my insurance company and they recommended a few different water recovery companies. I called one they said they were busy and I could get on a list. I called Connell’s and left a message. They called me right away the next morning. Matt told me he could be at my place by 1pm. I met him there and 15 minutes later. Matt had a crew there. By 3:30 pm , everything wet was gone ! Happy to have found these guys and have used them for a couple projects including a new roof and an interior remodel. Matt is very upfront about the project and easy to work with and I'm happy with the end results. He is also great at helping to navigate insurance claims which can be a real headache for a homeowner. Overall I'm very pleased with my experiences so far and will be using Connell's again for future projects without a doubt. As a homeowner and small-time landlord it's a big weight off my shoulders knowing I've found an honest, reliable and fairly priced local contractor I can count on when things come up. Very good experience with a large water damage claim on a rental property. Matt was very excellent to work with, and very detailed. He had worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure that all the proper issues were addressed, and any overages in costs were worked out between Matt and my insurance company. He was also very engaged on the detail of work being done, and ensured that we received the best craftsmanship and material. Thanks again!

Like many people I DREADED the thought of remodeling my kitchen. However after meeting Matt and seeing how thorough and honest his preparation was I knew we were in good hands. His staff was amazing! The quality of the work was always exceptional. When I had questions they were addressed respectfully and quickly. A big surprise was how much I loved having these great guys around and watching them do quality work. They showed up when they said they would and got everything done on time.

Matt and team did a great job remodeling my one and half bathrooms. Matt took all the time needed to walk me through all the steps, what I needed to do and answered all my questions above what was asked. I was new to remodeling and Matt made it easy for me. The team did a great job with clean up as well, the bathrooms were left in much better shape than what they started with! I would recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.

The crew did a great job remodeling our kitchen, living room and hallway. It went from original 1975 kitchen to a much more modern and brighter open space. After a water pipe ruptured and wiped out the whole lower level of my condo Connell’s responded immediately and helped walk me through the insurance process. The end result was beautiful new bathrooms and bedrooms. Outstanding tile, paint and drywall work. Affordable with excellent customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Working with Mike has been a blast, he is a good sales guy and good guy in general. House had a lot of hail damage and they fixed correctly. Windows took a little longer then expected to get in but mijke did a great job letting us know why there was a delay. I recommend connells, Mike was a pleasure to work with!

Started project in March of 2019, first contractor I had come over...gave me an estimate and that was the last I heard from them. Learned of Connell's restoration gave them a call and guy showed up the next day gave me an estimate and a start date.. and they are true to their word.. and do excellent work and tell good stories..good job.. would I hire them again..you bet.

We used this company on our rental property because they are a preferred contractor for renters warehouse. They were called to fix a gas fireplace and were out on time and charged almost $300 for a cleaning and tutorial with our renter. Renter claimed it still didn't work so they came out two additional times. On the second time they claimed that the gas valve was sticking and would need to be replaced costing an additional $400. We declined the repair and then said it would be $500 if we had them come back on an additional visit. I found someone on my own and they were able to fix it for under $150 and they cleaned the glass and replaced the embers as well. So what this company wanted over $800 to fix ended up costing me only $135 after I already gave Connells $300 to give my renter a "tutorial". Don't use this company!

Extremely irresponsible and dangerous driving by one of their vans. If that is how they handle themselves on the road, I would hate to see how they handle their business.
