First Call Renovations is a fantastic company! When it was time to roof my home, I called several companies to get estimates. First Call Renovations was on it, Tim returned my phone call within a few minutes and was at my home within the hour to start the process. I was so impressed with Tim's professionalism when talking about what needed to be done. When it was time to start the work, Tim and his crew worked their butt off and completed the job in one day! Impressive! I would highly recommend anyone to First Call Renovation, they are the real deal.Service: Roof repair

I made an appointment for an estimate with this company weeks in advance and confirmed the day before because I live hundreds of miles away from the area. Minutes before our appointment Tim said he wouldn’t give me an estimate because he was ‘just too busy’. The strongest thing I said in my reply was that canceling like that was not just unprofessional but also rude. His profanity filled reply to me accused me of calling him names and putting my time above his girlfriend’s father’s life because he was in the hospital. Keep in mind I didn’t call him names, only said what he did was rude. I also knew nothing about any health issues because Tim hadn’t mentioned anything about that. He hadn’t even said something simple like ‘something unexpected occurred’ or ‘I need to reschedule’. I don’t expect perfection, and so wouldn’t have left a bad review if he had just canceled in a rude manner but his over the top, profanity filled response shows there are issues, bigger than a one time mistake, going on.
