Joey and Justin came out the next day when we had a pipe burst. They found all needed proof for our insurance claim, and will be submitting to State Farm for us. We will also be using them for the repairs! Can’t say enough good things about the company! We are very pleased with the services offered and supplied by Bedrock Restoration. Just before Christmas, had some significant water damage in our basement due to a leaking pipe. They came to our house within the hour of our contacting them and stayed till after midnight, making sure the mitigation started promptly. When things moved to the restoration phase, Bedrock was proactive in their communication and expert in their work. Our new flooring was in place within two days. We called Bedrock, as we were getting water come in the ceiling of our basement. They had someone over to assess our situation within a day. After they assesed the issue and determined where our problem was they had it fixed and had dehumidifiers running to dry our our space quickly. All of that said their team was professional and great to work with. They went above and beyond, even to the extent of working with our insurance adjuster. Todd and Justin are amazing! You have to use this company if you have anything going on with your house. The company has been great and to work with. I personally am a realtor and have consulted and sent people over to Bedrock. My broker is in Edina and our clients have been saved by them. Bedrock saves the day!Had water damage that another company did not fully mitigate. I called Bedrock for reconstruction and they went above and beyond by removing the subflooring the other company left and finished the job. Shane, Justin and the whole mitigation and plumbing team are pros and know what they are doing.They made a stressful situation bearable and worked well with our insurance.They just completed reconstruction and I am so impressed with everything! We had a water line break in our basement which we found at 8pm on a Sunday. I called Bedrock Restoration and they were at my house within the hour! The techs were professional, polite, knowledgeable and truly seemed happy to be there - to help. They really helped save the day by getting the water cleaned up quickly, proper equipment for drying the space and left the area clean when they left several hours later.After the initial response, the whole team was very helpful in navigating the insurance claim process and even were able to get me a quick estimate on how much it was going to cost to put everything back together like new. Great work all around and I'll be saving their phone number in my phone - although hopefully I don't ever need them again.

When it was discovered that we had a MAJOR water issue in our attic Bedrock was called to assess the situation. Not only did they respond in a couple of hours, they jumped right and took action to mitigate the situation. Thanks to the quick response time and knowledge of the crew what could have been a very terrible and costly situation turned out to be fairly minor had Bedrock not been called. Corey came out within hours the SAME day we had a tenant call to say there was leaking water from the ceiling in the dining room below an upstairs bathroom. This is NEVER a fun call to take as a property manager.The previous plumbing service we used installed the tub drain incorrectly and water had been leaking unknown to our knowledge for a long time.Corey from Bedrock Plumbing quickly diagnosed and solved the issue same day and our tenant was without a tub for less than a few hours.We are happy and our Tenant is happy for the timely response. We had a tree fall through our roof in the early in the morning. We called Bedrock Restoration for help with the water pouring in from the damaged roof. Within a couple of hours the crews were at the house and patching the roof stopping the water. Then they really went to work and cleaned up the water removed soaked carpet treated the areas and set up all kinds of equipment to dry out the house. Their skill and speed was amazing.
