We got hit with a tornado Memorial Day 2022, Kingdom was a referral and were very responsive. We had a few hiccups due to insurance, the mortgage and crew availability; but we got it done. House roof, gutters, and 2 large barns. Tim A was the best. Overall good experience.sometimes replies are slow but they always reply. I was a nervous wreck and they put up with me beautifully! Lol. Highly recommend. They stick thru everything with you no matter what. If there is an issue they fix it, or help you resolve it. Kingdom Builders was the only company that actually responded and gave us a quote to replace the roof and 3 skylights on our double wide manufactured home. They did an excellent job and answered all our questions. Great cleanup. After the crew left we only found one roofing nail on the ground. Will definately use again when we need new siding and windows.

Kingdom Builders is far and away the most capable and reliable team we’ve ever worked with - and we have many decades between us ;) After having a pipe burst in our basement, they completed the renovation on time and under budget. A few years later, when we decided to renovate our entire main floor, we called Kingdom Builders again. HUGE job - redesign the layout, extensive cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, windows, move the front door and out with the old gigantic stone fireplace and new one relocated. We actually threw out the architect’s plan and went with Kingdom Builder’s ideas instead. Saved us a ton and a much more attractive design. What a joy these guys are. They did most work with their own dedicated team, no work stoppages or scheduling issues, and the sub-contracted work was with GREAT little companies that they knew well and were also reliable. So many have nightmare contractor stories. Ours was a fantastic experience. We lived downstairs while the work was going on so we really got a feel for these guys and their work ethic. Truly honest, decent and talented bunch. They also made changes in our roof and repaired rotted soffits. If I could give them 1000 stars, it wouldn’t be enough.

I love this local roofer; very straight and honest. Always does things right, nothing shoddy here. Stand behind all their work and the price is very very fair. Tim Oberg and the team at Kingdom Builders are top notch! They reshingled our home after hail damage in 2022 and the experience couldn't have gone better. These guys are the ones you want to use! They made my life much easier after our roof was damaged in a storm. Scott our sales guy was on time, respectful, professional, and a great guy to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions and even a few I hadn’t thought of. The roofing crew was fast and efficient. From tearing off the old, installation of the new, and clean up they were done in a day. Also in the 4 weeks since they were here I have only found a single nail they missed during clean up! The roof started leaking after a bad storm in May. After dealing with one contractor that tried to sell my wife and I additional services on top of not answering the phone, we tried Kingdom. The salesperson, John, was honest, friendly, and communicative. He also started working with insurance the same day he met me. The speed in which he communicated with both us and insurance impressed us.Insurance didn’t cover the whole roof, but Kingdom gave us a great price and worked with us.The craftsmanship is top-notch and when the project finished there was virtually no debris left in the yard.I highly recommend Kingdom Builders for their honesty, communication, and integrity. He came out right away for an estimate, got it back to me quickly, answered all my questions, and was able to get my job scheduled withing 2 weeks. The crew that came out was fast and did really good work, they found some short cuts that had been taken by past re-modelers, discussed them with me, and then repaired them. I am so happy with the finished product. I originally chose to work with The Kingdom Builders because of their Christian values. I had the Kingdom Builders install a new flat roof with new gutters. They also installed gutter covers on my whole house. The workmanship is excellent. They showed up on time and didn't damage any plants in and around the work site. My wife works hard all summer planting and maintaining the flowers so we really appreciate their effort. Thanks Matt and the Kingdom Builders crew for the excellent job repairing the roof and steeple at our Church! Thanks for the willingness to use brute strength to move the steeple with many hands to another location of the roof to complete the repair. Because of your willingness to try and successfully move the steeple by hand you saved our church significant money that we were able to use for other causes for Christ and His church! This was no easy repair as the roof was almost rotted through, but thanks to the intelligent crew they were able to come up with a quick solution to the issue. Thanks also for waterproofing the steeple and installing the gutters which look great! Matt was great to work with on planning out the repair and explaining all the details. I contacted The Kingdom Builders to replace my roof because they did such a nice job on our shed a few years ago. I also contacted several other companies for bids. Throughout the process I was amazed and disappointed with the companies bidding the job. The salesmen made the process so complicated with "if'! There were so many ifs. The Kingdom Builders came out (Tim Oberg), assessed the roof, asked a few questions and prepared the quote. Tim was knowledgeable and personable. I have done quite a bit of remodeling of my home over 30 years and this company is ,honest, high quality, and NO nonsense. My roof was done in one day with a hard working crew and no issues, and it looks great. Ive received many compliments from neighbors. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Tim!

The Kingdom Builders was very easy to work with. The work that was done was done very professionally and it looks great.I’m no stranger to residential construction but the job needing to be done (aluminum bending of trim) required skills and equipment I don’t have for me to have done it correctly and safely.The cost for the work was very fair and I wasn’t gouged.
