They help you with all your insurance talk to make sure everything is covered that is damaged and make it look good as new. Very good at cleanup and respectful of you property.

I hired APR to installed some much needed siding and windows on my house. While I'm happy with the overall results, I'm not happy with how certain things got done.There were communication problems to the point that I felt ignored.There was almost a complete disregard for any of my landscaping while the siding was being installed.There were issues with a few of the windows, and after asking them to fix the errors, the windows actually look worse than before the repairs.Whenever I would bring these issues up, I was told "We'll take care of it." Then days would go by. Then weeks, and sometimes months. Then suddenly, "Hey, we have some guys in the area, we'd like to take care of that for you". Well, no one's home and the doors are locked, so no.It's at the point that I don't want deal with it anymore, even though there's still some things that I'm not happy with.This was all disheartening since it took me 10 years (and low interest caused by the pandemic) to get enough equity built up to afford this. I expect problems to arise with any project, but it's how problems get dealt with that matters.The pictures show an exterior light that took 6 weeks to get installed, and doesn't stay in place.Then the 2 trouble windows. One they had to replace the frame because of a small hole that let bugs in. I would of been better off sealing the hole with silicone , because all the trim got damaged when they replaced it.

APR helped us with our cabin hail damage from day 1 by first coming out to check our roof to see if there was damage that would cause a leak. They later did a very detailed assesment and estimate of all the hail damage and worked with us do manage our claim with State Farm. Excellent customer service and responsivness to all needs

After being totally disregarded by Heritage Home Siding in Willmar, Eric at APR has and always will be my guy for roof and siding. I'm new to the Midwest and know nothing about siding. Working with APR has been the best experience so far, and I am truly confident my home will look fabulous when it is all said and done. On several occasions, Eric has driven to Montevideo to meet with me and my husband; he and A.J. was present when the new claim adjuster came out!! My favorite part was the design process. They have a system where my home was downloaded, and I was able to play with colors before making a decision and if i changed my mind, i left with a form which allowed me to do so (as long as the siding hasn't been ordered); which was not the case with Heritage!! APR entire staff is knowledgeable on siding and to see how other employees of the company came and sat with us adding their input was a wonderful experience, and lets not forget customer service customer, they have this on lock down!!! Eric has been in contact with us throughout the entire process, again, which was not the case with Heritage!! You want a company that lacks customer service, too busy to give updates, won't schedule or doesn't show up on scheduled dates and incapable of getting a job done within a YEAR, GO TO HERITAGE IN WILLMAR!! You want a stand-up company that treats you like family, with great employees who mesh like family, excellent customer, and knowledgeable??? APR is the place to go!! We had some wind damage to our roof in the middle of February. AJ came out and did a quick fix. He was the only contractor to return our call. Quick to come out. They left a hole during the patch up and the tarp filled with water. Charged $500 for that tarp fix.They hounded us via calling, emailing and even showed up at the door expecting to be hired. The shotty tarp work ultimately lost them the job but the incessant contacting was highly annoying. Don't contact unless you plan on hiring them.Service: Roof repair
