Larry created a room layout that moved our kitchen into a more open area, and turned a porch into 2 rooms. The layout worked great and the work completed to finish the rooms was great. I would not use this company. We hired this contractor for a new roof on our house. He demanded we pay 60 percent down way in advance because he stated that out of state contractors were not paying their bills to the local building suppliers and he had to purchase all the material in advance with cash. We did that reluctantly and after 1 month with no communication he said he could still most likely get it done before winter/November 1st when the temps get to cold. He went Elk hunting in late October instead of our job and when it came time to reschedule for next spring he could not even give me an estimate of completion. I found out from the local roofing suppliers that his story about needing the large down payment because local suppliers would not lend credit was not true so we wanted out deposit back since we lost our trust. He charged us 1500 dollars for restocking and other ridiculous fees. He is eager to get your money. Watch out.
