They are very caring, knowledgeable, and honest. Great place to take your vehicle for repairs. Everyone at Milo Peterson Ford is wonderful. Been bringing my vehicle to Milo for about 4 years now. I would not trust anyone else. They do everything they can to get you back on the road. They check before doing any work, don't over price, and work with you to get your repairs done.Milo is so good and friendly that I am buying my "new to me" vehicle from them!

If we could only give them a higher rating of 5 we would. Chuck and ownership went above and beyond to get us the truck we wanted. They patiently waited over two months for financing to go through for our truck, even though they could have sold it many times over to other interested parties. They were very patient with all of our questions and concerns and made sure we got the truck we fell in love with. If and when we want to purchase another vehicle in the future, we have found the dealership for us.Thank you Chuck!!!!

Paul Peterson. Enough said! I purchased a used truck from Paul in January, the previous owner bought it from Milo Peterson Ford, serviced it there, and traded it there. It isn't often you hear those stories.No pressure dealership, it's just comfortable there. There was a little glitch with the touch screen in the truck that the previous owner mentioned but became an oversight when I bought it. The tech needed some time so I came back the next day to take it home. The problem happened again so Paul had it back in the shop then dropped it off for me at work when it was ready.Was it a supremely convenient situation, no. Did I ever feel that I wasn't going to be taken care of? Absolutely not, things happen. Solid team over there.I remember Paul telling me the hardest thing he's had to deal with in this covid world is not being able to shake someone's hand after a sale, after spending so much hard earned money with him. The "salute" and a simple thank you just doesn't do it for him! It doesn't for me either Paul - thank you for being "old school" and running a great business.I'm referring Milo Peterson Ford to anyone who will listen to me!

We stopped here to charge our Nissan Leaf, and the owner, Jack, and all the staff were so incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming! We enjoyed learning about the Ford Focus EV and Ford Fusion, which goes about 30 miles before converting to traditional gas mileage. They’re clearly passionate and committed to this energy efficient movement! And once again, just simply so friendly! If we make a change over to Ford for our EV, I would buy here!!

Peterson ford these guys are the real deal the customer Service was above and beyond I had bought a 2016 f150 and the day after I got it began to miss fire brought it back in they fixed it free of charge(“ Bought this truck as is no warranty”) but the truck had another issue that I had found out later and what would happen is the truck would stall randomly coming up to lights and stop signs and it would never throw a check engine light this issue went on for months and neither me or them could figure out the problem but these guys kept working with me and we found the issue and the resolved it free and charge it ended up being bad vcts and this was not a cheep repair they covered it again no warranty was sold with this vehicle and after that I haven’t had one issue with this truck it’s been about 3 months now and I just took a 2800 mile road trip with it I can not express how happy I am with these guys good Customer Service is still around and people that care about their customers still exist these guys are a 10/10 i will always look at Peterson ford next time I’m looking around for a new truck jack and Tom are the real deal thank you so much guys I can’t thank you enough
