We recently partnered with E.L. on the construction of our new lake home. Our experience with Eric and team was consistent with all of the other groups leaving positive feedback. Building a custom home during these unique times is no easy task. Eric's timely (and clear) communication throughout the planning and build process kept our schedule intact. The quality of the work and materials is evident as you tour his homes. One last thing, we relocated to the area about 2 years ago and that forced us to put a lot of extra effort into vetting builders. E.L Builders constructed a new lake home for us in late 2018. We were relatively new to this lake area - and had planned on using a "large scale" builder we had met at the home and cabin show. We received a tip from a realtor in the area on Eric's workmanship and professionalism. Once we met with him in person - it was a easy decision to select Eric to construct our custom new home. His communication skills, knowledge, and hands on experience are all top notch. He is a "on site" builder - so not only is he managing his choice of excellent sub contractors - he is at the construction site swinging his own hammer. Working with E.L. Builders was such a positive experience it is hard to know where to even start. The quality of the work was exceptional. The professionalism and responsiveness was top notch. We were one of the "pandemic" remodels and the supply chain was challenging. But E.L. stayed on top of things and when supplies were available they were on it.
