We couldn't be happier with Dave and his son. Our basement flooded due to septic issues and Dave was very responsive when asking questions regarding new flooring but other concerns about our home. To see him teaching his son the trade was awesome! They were both very kind and did amazing work. Honestly better work than what we originally had in regards to eye to detail. We will use Knoll services for all future work they are willing to do! You won't be disappointed with them! Thank you Knoll remodeling services!

We have lived in and remodeled homes in several states (as homeowners), working with countless contractors to do so. Dave is, by far, the best we have worked with. We found ourselves pressed for time to complete ongoing home improvements prior to an unexpected move overseas, and had recently fired multiple contractors due to poor quality of work when we happened to meet Dave.Dave was very responsive to our inquiries and provided fair estimates. He was punctual and able to work within our time frames when we couldn't get other contractors to show up on time for estimates, if at all.Dave's work is meticulous. True quality. He completed a lot of work for us, from new entry door, to drywall, to carpentry, vinyl flooring, tile work and more, and we were completely satisfied with all of it (and I am very particular).When we sold the house multiple buyer's agents requested his information.Finally, Dave and his son were very respectful of our home and family. They cleaned up well after themselves, kept a professional appearance and demeanor, and kept the language clean.There aren't many good, honest, competent contractors. Dave is one of the few. Your money will be well spent and you'll sleep easy at night.

Was glad to find out they do a lot more than remodeling.We had serious structural issues in an old farmhouse we bought. Had an engineer do a plan and then hired Knoll Remodeling to do the work. They jacked up the house in spots from down in basement. Built supporting walls for main structure... length of house.He knew what he was doing and built some of it better than even the engineer wanted (engineer missed some things). On time. Professional. PERFECT work. Cleaned up after themselves.Would definitely hire again.

Dave is amazing! Very professional and honest. He showed up everyday on time and well prepared. Highly recommend and would even pay more to have he do any work at our new house up north!Services: Install flooring, Tile work replacement, Remodeling
