My wife and I had recently bought our first home and upon closing had a window that needed to be replaced. We were new to the Kasson area and received Peak Remodel as a suggestion and to ask for Brandon Miller and I cannot recommend Brandon and Peak Remodel enoughThe entire process from start to finish was very smooth and accommodating. Brandon and the team were very flexible with scheduling throughout the process. Being that we bought the house in December, we had to reschedule several times due to weather conditions and every time Brandon was quick to respond and work around my wife and my busy work schedules.When the window was finally able to be replaced, additional water damage was discovered by the team under the vinyl paneling of the house and was communicated to my wife and I about what can be done about it. The team took the initiative to inspect and quote it that day and had it repaired within a couple days.As a new homeowner, I appreciate the great work the team did and a big thank you to Brandon Miller and Peak Remodel for making the process quick, efficient, and as stress free as can be!Will be reaching out for future projects soon.

We put a 12' x 16' addition to our house by Peak last year. This included a modification to our existing bathroom, a new bathroom, a new laundry room and an extension of a bedroom. We are very pleased with the result. Eric, Matt and the rest of the Peak crew were most helpful. Their finish carpenter, Mark, did an excellent job trimming out our new windows and doors. The sub-contractors they use did top notch work as well. We initially went with Peak because of their BBB rating and the reasonable pricing they gave us for our project. Glad we did, they met our every expectation.

Peak helped me with a roof claim this past year and they were amazing to work with from start to finish. They helped me work with my insurance company and adjustor, then they were quick and professional to get the job done. When they replaced my gutters during our warm December, they even made sure to put my Christmas lights back up after I told them they didn't have to! Would highly recommend!

We needed a big deck project done and Adam Jurrens and Peak remodel were so fantastic in every way. I would recommend them to all of my friends and familyFor months, we would call many local businesses. Countless times, no one would even return our phone calls. Sometimes we were lucky enough for someone to come out but then we never heard from them ever again. Peak recently did a kitchen remodel for us. We replaced the tile floor with hard wood, updated the island with painted cabinets and reconfigured a few other cabinets. We replaced the countertops, backsplash and the window over the sink. Peak did a great job of coordinating multiple vendors and overseeing a lot of details. The work was done professionally and timely. Ken, our project coordinator, provided frequent updates, was always available when we had questions and followed up on all issues very quickly. I'd been debating new windows for awhile now. Very glad to have gotten ahold of Peak Remodel. They were able to get the windows ordered and installed long before many of the other contractors I had asked for quotes. Working with Peak was nothing but a positive experience. Jay G was phenomenal in helping find windows that not only met my price range, but made the most sense for a multifamily rental. Many of the other contractors seemed to try and steer you into a product while I felt like Jay really listened to find out my needs and what would best address those needs. The install crew was also great being very punctual and cleaning up the work area at the end of the day. I'll be sure to contact Peak with my business when I'm ready to do another batch of windows!

We scheduled Peak to build a deck for our new home early in the year. They managed to get us consulted, quoted, and scheduled very quickly for their next possible opening in mid summer. They completed our deck within days of starting, on time and schedule as expected. They handled all the necessary paperwork and filing for us, amazing. The options for materials, Trex, are great and really match our house well. They were not pushy to get the highest cost items or services and very straightforward with the details, options, and opinions on pur project. Brandon, Gary, and their crew did a fantastic job reconstructing our basement after our town of Kasson flooded twice in June/July of 2019. We turned to them to help restore our bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom, and family room after having the walls doors and trim ripped out.They were very busy helping tons of families repair their homes, and still kept in constant contact with us. We appreciated how easy and stress free they made the entire process, while helping us determine the best way to stay within our budget. We chose to do our own painting, but had Peak replace our walls, doors and trim, as well as get our sump pumps on their own circuit to prevent future floods. Everyone involved did quality work at a quick pace, and left our home cleaner than it was when they arrived. Very professional and courteous, they even made sure our pets didn’t get out of the house during the construction process.Rest assured, if you are in need of repairs, remodeling and renovation, you will be in good hands with Peak. My wife and myself are very grateful for the work they did and will be sure to call them for any future projects!

We are finally enjoying our new addition (4 season room) to our house and thanks to Peak construction for making this happen. We went through quite a few contractors but did not receive the level of detail were looking for nor had a reasonable quote.Peak was able to provide everything we were looking for and gave us a good idea about what the room is going to look like even before we finalized the contract. Hired Peak to put on roof on our house. They subcontracted out the work. A month after the roof was installed we started seeing leaks. They blamed the manufacturer amongst other variables. We researched with the manufacturer and determined that the ridge cap was installed incorrectly. After researching this for Peak, the subcontractor came out months later and incorrectly installed the ridge cap again. Peak said they would find a different crew and fix the mistake. After a few failed attempts they quit communicating. A year later we still do not have a correctly installed ridge cap. I would recommend exploring other options before hiring Peak.Service: Roofing

The guys and gals working for and with Peak exceeded all my expectations and then some! Our home got hit with large hail in the beginning of June punching holes in our siding, damaging our roof and even breaking boards on our permanent decking. I called them that evening expecting somebody to stop by in the next few days but instead had Brandon at my door within 20 minutes.The initial eval went smoothly and when our insurance company wanted to send their adjuster out at 7a on father’s day morning Brandon once again returned to meet him and do a full review of our damage.By the second week in July insurance had made their decision, we handed the paperwork over to Peak and from there didn’t have to worry about anything. By the third week we had a new roof. Once a siding crew was available we had that completed as well. All this was done before mid-August!Every single person we interacted with along the way from the leaders down to the crew men that brought in the garbage trailer were nothing but professional and friendly. My wife can’t remember being called m’am that many times in her life. My favorite part to watch was when the siding crew took a few moments to stop and play peak-a-boo and wave at my daughter while working around the second story window. She loved that so much and talked about it for days afterwards.At the end of the day my property was left spotless, so much so in fact that six months later I have yet to find a stray nail left behind. We’ve received follow-up messages to ensure everything is still looking and working correctly as well. There was one small leak (was existing before the hail damage) that still presented itself after the roof/siding was done. I called Peak and they had two guys on property to inspect and then when the storm passed they were on the roof to resolve it same day.Peak was fast, efficient, friendly and willing to answer all my questions no matter how dumb they may have been. Our neighbors are STILL waiting for their roof and siding repairs to be done, hopefully this spring, after choosing to work with a different company. If we ever need any work done exterior again, or interior, Peak will be the first we call.

Long time coming, but I just want to say...These guys are great! Brandon and Jordan came out after that nice big ol nasty storm that ravaged the Midwest with hail and high winds. "Just to take a peak at my roof." Being a new home owner I forgot that my insurance covered that type of thing. Within 15 seconds of being on my roof they knew it was covered. They are so knowledgeable of things to look for and the codes to abide by. These guys are one of the select few companies I know of that will NOT screw you over.Long story short, my sagging, leaking, damaged roof is brand knew with new vents and new gutters and it was done promptly and professionally. You can't ask for more, and even if it isn't insurance based work, these guys are easily reasonably priced especially for the work provided. I would say they are better than any of your bigger name businesses around as far as price, promptness and quality of work.
