Jon was our most reliable and attentive sub contractor. He has an outstanding reputation in our community. Jon can do about any type of construction, but he also knows how to do stucco, which is an art. There is an old saying, "there is nothing better than stucco if it's done right, but there is nothing worse than stucco if it's not done right". No matter how bad we wanted stucco, we decided if we couldn't get Jon to do our new home, we would have used a different type of construction.

We were referred to Simon Construction by another contractor. I felt confident that if another contractor was referring him and his work, he was worth investigating. We had built our home 10 years prior when our stucco started falling off. We called Jon and he came to see what needed to be done. We were amazed at how well he was able to repair the damage and how it flowed seamlessly from old to new!! We have since had Jon back twice to stucco 2 different additions again a PERFECT job. We would not hesitate to recommend Jon and his work to anyone. Another plus for us was the fact that he was a delight to work with.
