I recently bought a used truck from Olson Chevrolet. I live in the twin cities, and after shopping the local dealers, I was dissatisfied with my experience. I expanded my search out to Red Wood Falls, and I'm extremely glad I did. I was impressed and treated very well by the entire team at Olson Chevrolet. They even delivered my truck to my home, which is two hours from the dealership. If you are from the metro and are having a difficult time finding the right vehicle to buy, please take a look at this dealership.

Yep, I’m one of those guy’s willing to drive two hours to buy from Olson Chevrolet. Relationships matter when dealing with a large investment on a product that immediately loses value. To help me forget that fact , I was taken great care of by Tiffany and Roberta. They made the process quick and easy. I live in Minneapolis and recently got a job in Redwood Falls, and needed to upgrade/update my car situation for the commute. I was looking at a Blazer in the metro and was about to buy before I spotted a newer model with less miles at Olson Auto. I submitted an inquiry and spoke with Tiffany who confirmed availability, and then proceeded to tell me they had also just replaced the tires, changed the oil, and replaced the wipers. Because they take care of customers. AJ showed me the car a few days later. AJ was such a solid dude, friendly and insightful. And even filled up the tank before I left. Because they take care of their customers. And Roberta worked some financing magic, took her time and really made things clear and comfortable. Thank you to the team. You guys are great!

Everything was great and easy. Even had a loaner car. Car sucked but not their fault. I originally gave 4 stars because one of the costs was very high for the small work behind it. But a few days later I had the same problem and it was a Saturday morning b4 they opened and I got there 5 mins b4 they opened and they had me back in a loaner on my way to work in maybe 10 mins Monday I picked my car up fixed free of charge so 5 stars will update if car isn't fixed and happens again but I'll be back there anytime I have a problem so far

Very friendly and attentive employees. Truly had an enjoyable and stress free buying experience. Taylor bent over backwards to get me into the truck I wanted. Quick to answer calls and texts, he made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. A bit of a drive from the Twin Cities, but the service, prices, and inventory made the trip well worth it. I would recommend taking a look at this dealership if you're looking for a new vehicle.

Bob scheduled me in to get oil changed and tires rotated 1 hour after I called. Was met at entrance by three people you all seemed happy and willing to help. Visited with Travis briefly in reception area. Car was serviced in 25 minutes and Kelli did a great job accepting payment and helping with cellphone. All of these folks really seemed to enjoy what they do! Great experience. Great way to treat clients. Appreciated!
