It's a great place to get things you need and also things you don't need?My kids say that it's not as big as some Walmarts? They are the"go to" place for most of your daily needs.Seems to be a popular place to get your everyday wants. The same through out the US.

We bought a sandwich from there and there was a literal spot of mold of a damn fingerprint on the bottom of the bread! WEAR GLOVES DUDE THATS GROSS. hire people that know what they are doing like God 🤢🤮

There website says items are in-stock but half the time ya get there and it's not avaliable some of the staff is very friendly and helpful but others (younger) could care less if there there or not and don't help at all... being a almost 40 min drive to get there to find out items are unavailable when it says it's in-stock and ya call to check and they use there handheld to see item count just to drive the 40 minutes to be told the system isn't updated is very aggravating and cost a bunch of gas and time and hassle... very disappointed with the last visit there...

The local staff is great and they genuinely care about helping the customers. I do question some of Management decisions and approaches to servicing its customers. As of the last couple weeks they actually have a couple registers that are open which makes it more helpful getting in and out of the store in a efficient manner. Prior to the last two weeks the registers have been non existent. For almost 6 months they have only had the self serve and the 12 or less isle open which does not adequately service the volume of customers that they have causing long que lines at checkout. As customers, we honestly shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to pay for our products. The second shortcoming at this store is availability of product. They have been out of pasta, chicken and various others for months, blaming it on covid or supplier shortages. The problem with that is that if you go to other area Walmart's they have the same product in stock. This tells me that this is an inventory and or allotment error on managements behalf.Update: they now have shave gel behind a locked glass. Seriously, now I have try and get the pharmacy’s attention to come and unlock this case for a $3 bottle. Looks like I’ll be ordering from Amazon now…

Always out of SO MUCH.Employees are completely unhelpful on phone.People guard the doors like it's a bank but there's literally NOTHING for people to do in this horrible town.Self checkout is a nightmare because people in Redwood Falls MN are too dumb to work a mask.

What staff they do have are very nice. It's most likely corporate level decisions effecting the poor quality of available cashiers and no availability for grocery pick up. They do not always have what you're looking for. This Walmart is smaller than most Walmarts in the area. This particular store does not have a deli

Staff is always friendly and helpful. But...lines run a little slow. Except never had any problems getting through Customer Service Quickly. Store is Clean, fresh produce and meat. And I found the greatest donuts there. A bit disappointing in choices for bread and donuts though.

My mom tried to use my $200 gift card I gave her for Thanksgiving, but the checkout lane had a faulty machine that would not take it. I tried to talk to the cashier over the phone but she would not talk to me. All I was going to ask her to do was try scanning the gift card on a new machine. My parents ended up having to pay over $200 in cash rather than use my gift card. I told my parents to go to customer service and when they went there, the nice lady at the counter (Lucy?) told them their card was working, and she was also very polite to me over the phone. Shame on the checkout lady for not taking 30 seconds to talk to me and had my parents fork out over $200 in cash when they didn't need to.

They need to have more clerk's at check out and fewer people fulfilling orders for people who don't want to come in and shop themselves. So those worker's get in the way of the people who come in and shop themselves (because worker's are trying to fill order's fast) and those of us who go into shop want to get it done in a fast and timely manner

Was treated like a criminal by staff and security Bcuz I was looking for an electric cart to use for shopping. I was going through a lot of back pain Bcuz of my injuries and security and staff insisted I was trying to to steal from the store when I haven't even gone in yet.

It appears to be hard for this location to keep Special Kitty wet food stocked, and their cereal selection is poor......they need more variety of Special K cereal. I was constantly buying out their cinnamon pecan cereal and now they don't stock it, and they can't keep the yogurt and fruit cereal on the shelves...... constantly out. You would think if you're selling them out that you would constantly have them on order and in the store.

This isn't the biggest Walmart and it's noticeably short staffed but that actually turns out to be a good thing most of the time. The self checkout is quick, as people are used to using it and the store being smaller means that things are a little easier to find than in larger store locations.

Horrible, never have half of what I'm looking for, poor customer service can't find anyone to help with anything which is especially inconvenient since a lot of stuff is locked up self checkout is usually the only checkout option and to top it all off when I got home and looked over my receipt one toy labeled $10 rang up for $17, I simply won't shop here again.

This is one the worst walmarts I have been to. The staff acts like your bothering them. Not helpful at all Lori at customer service. Didn't even explain my options for refund that I could have cash back no instead she decided for me know I have to wait 7 to 10 days. I will never even think of shopping there again. In redwood falls. Prolly won't even shop any walmarts I am so angered by this. Over all store is disorganized. It's worth the drive to a different town if u must shop walmart

Shop less & less there as hate that they have maybe one cashier & the rest is self checkouts. I'm nearly 80 yrs. old & if I wanted a job as cashier in a store & bag my purchases I would be working. It's very difficult for us older people to do this so will more than likely stop going there completely as I've heard many others are doing as well !!!I'm really disappointed in Walmart ☹️😡

Wish they carried more variety. The layout is weird—poorly planned. There are always a gazillion carts in the parking lot, and some of the employees are not helpful (though some have been really amazing). But...prices are affordable, staff is mostly competent, and it’s super convenient. Really wish they did grocery pick up!

Went to Walmart in Redwood falls and was having trouble finding a item, there were a couple of employees that were so helpful in helping me find my items! Went to check out and stopped by safe distance circle, waiting while another customer was checking out,there was a gentleman employee who came around and put a lane closed sign at the check out where I was waiting to check out. The customer ahead of me, finished checking out and the lady behind the counter just left, with out saying anything! She could have stayed and help finish checking me out and then left but, no she didn't! Great customer service! Walmart you must be so proud! Other than the 2 employees who helped me find my items not a great experience! Very sad!

Great Walmart and perfect layout of the store! This place that allows you to get almost anything you could possibly need for any ocation in your life. I don't know about wedding dresses but sometimes it wouldn't surprise me if that was being sold there, haha 😆 😂. Everytime I roll by, I will stop to check out what they have inside this time!

The staff are very friendly and willing to help. I really appreciate that. The store is always well-stocked and they have a nice selection in the deli/produce section. They have benches there in the right places. They also have 😋 delicious rotisserie chicken for a good price.

A visit Walmart in Redwood Falls today to exchange a propane tank for my grill. To my surprise there was only one register open and nobody there to help me unless I stood in line.. this young gal working their name to Emily came to my rescue. She opened up deregister opened up the binder and scanned The exchange propane tank and I was out the door in 5 minutes she did an amazing job. We need more employees like Emily.

While Walmart has almost everything a person needs under one roof, what it doesn't have is a need for all of those checkout isles or employees able to use those check out isles to help check people out when there are long lines at the "I'm doing your job, but not getting paid for it area", otherwise known as self check out.
