We purchased a Ford Edge from Joel Read last Friday andhe was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. Wesearched online for over a week and found the vehicle we desired and called Joel. We live over two hundred miles away andwe trusted him to inform us of the vehicle's condition and give us a fair price for our trade-in. Joel did precisely that. Everyone that my wife and I encountered at this ford dealership was awesome. Dale was our sales person and was so great to work with. He answered all of our questions regarding the vehicles we looked at. Eric was also awesome. We spent half the day at the dealership. We almost couldn't buy the truck we wanted, but they still made it happen for us even when it was past closing time. I really recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs!

We couldn't be more pleased with our recent experience purchasing a car for my daughter, who totaled hers driving home from college for Thanksgiving break (hit a deer). I contacted numerous dealerships and told them what we were looking for as a replacement. Our salesperson Dale Ruebel was great to work with and helped find the perfect used car for her. He went above and beyond to help us determine it was mechanically solid and safe, and got agreed upon repair/reconditioning items addressed quickly. I had an almost flat tire Friday morning so I put some air in it and drove it over while my family made an appointment for me. They got me in right away from the leak and patched it and all for under $23! That was great everyone is really friendly and informative. There was even a retirement party going on while me and others were waiting and shortly after the song, someone came over and offered us some cake. Very nice.

Bought a used car. They failed to make sure all systems were functioning and let us drive off with no "run through" on the operation of the vehicle. They did step up and correct the issue, but not before the car had to be returned twice to their shop. Ended up costing us vacation time from work and frustration. The speed sensors still need to be recalibrated. Hope they correct these deficiencies.Update: Tom S. was accommodating and actually followed thru with what was promised. Thanks Tom.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Erik was a great salesman to deal with. He made the process seamless and easy for me. I got a really great deal on an amazing car. I would absolutely drive the 8 hours to buy a car from Weelborg again. The sales department is great but the service department is deplorable. Kyle in the department is extremely rude and fails to communicate with customers appropriately or at all. Waiting for service is long. Work on vehicle is questionable. The only reason this is getting a 3 stars is because Taylor H tried to make it right. This dealership definitely puts employees before customers. There are other choices of dealers in the area.

Roughly one week ago, I stopped by Weelborg looking for a vehicle. I had been searching for a few weeks and Weelborg had the best deals on used escapes I had seen. Baylee helped me find a reliable vehicle in my price range and never pushed me to spend outside of that range. Additionally, I planned on paying cash to accomplish some debt free goals I have. I was never pushed to finance either. The escape I purchased has exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect to find one this new, in the mileage range I was looking for, for this price. Although their shop was busy that day, they welcomed my dad’s truck into their shop for an oil change at his request. Their customer service was impressive to say the least. My parents purchase vehicles from Weelborg and I will continue to based upon the level of trust I have in them. As my dad said “they’re good people”. I would absolutely recommend this dealership!

I traveled a long distance for a great price on a 2017 interceptor and was very happy I did. When it revealed some mechanical issues AFTER I took delivery Taylor & Jim worked with me to make sure my wife and newborn son were taken care of by working with us finding the right alternative.I am very happily driving a 2020 version now and it was all due to their hard work and dedication to taking care of my family and I.Even though I'm a more distant customer than most, I was treated like a local. We purchased a vehicle here and they were able to meet us to deliver the vehicle. The driver was over 30 minutes late with no communication that he was going to be late. When we started the vehicle to leave the gas was empty. It was also apparent that they did not clean the vehicle very well as the back hatch was caked with dust/dirt as thick as the seal around the glass.

Great customer service! We were pulling our camper trailer from Indiana to Yellowstone. We needed to get a quick check of our battery and alternator of our Ford F150. We called ahead and they were willing to check our truck’s systems! We are so grateful for their willingness to go out of the way to help us.
