We just had a new roof put on our home by this company. If you are looking for a roofer who is dependable look no further. The roofing crew worked with precision and our roof is beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they are knowledgeable, precise, hard workers, you could just tell they knew what they were doing. Daniel, the representative, was on site and didn't have to tell the workers what to do, they had a plan and it worked out perfect. They paid special attention to eaves placing special materials to prevent leaks. There are a lot of roofing companies out there but I recommend All American. They then cleaned up our entire yard and made sure there were no nails, staples, or roofing pieces left behind. They covered every piece of landscaping to ensure cleanliness and ran magnets over the entire area to ensure they got every nail. We highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry. Avoid working with All American Roofing and Restoration LLC if at all possible.We had a terrible experience. We needed a window replaced while under warranty and it took FOREVER to get someone to come out. We were charged a trip fee of $200. The installer didn't have the correct tool to finish the installation and left with a plan to return "in the next few days". The window wasn't functional. He never returned and when we called again, we were charged another trip fee ($150 this time) for someone to come and correct the issue. When we got the bill in the mail, we were given 3 days to pay it. We were out of town at the time and received a follow up call stating if we don't pay the bill within 7 days they threatened to place a lien on our property.AWFUL customer service. We were patient with them but are beyond irritated that they threatened to place a lien on our property after the bill was unpaid for a short period of time.

Recently, I had fascia torn loose by wind on my home. A couple of my neighbors helped to secure it from further damage. However, I needed additional work to secure the fascia to the soffit.In 2012, Jimmy and All American Roofing Restoration replaced my roof along with other projects that needed taken care of on my home. Since I was very satisfied with their work in 2012, I contacted Jimmy to determine if there was time in his schedule to evaluate this small repair. He came over, assessed the area and fixed the problem on the spot. In addition, he checked the remaining fascia on the roof line and made immediate repairs where needed.Jimmy and his team are very professional. All American Roofing was hired via a public adjuster. They would email/call me once a month, asking me the same question over and over again. This went on for 6+ months. After getting several estimates for replacing our storm damaged roof, we gave the job to All American. Jimmy Thurman, the owner, spent time explaining how they work and how homeowner's insurance works. Very helpful since we'd never replaced a roof before. They discovered the original roof didn't meet code in our town and had to rebuild the entire roof. They worked with the city to ensure it was done right. We had hail damage to our roof in Minnetrista, MN. Jimmy and his team came out and inspected our roof and were honest about the extent of the damage which made us feel comfortable to file a claim with our insurance carrier. The day before our insurance adjustor was due to visit, they came out and marked the roof with chalk where hail damage was visible to help the adjuster verify that damage indeed had occurred. Our claim was quickly approved and we received a claim check within days. Jimmy then helped us select the perfect shingle color to match our neighborhood requirements and the exterior features of our home. Due to COVID, there was a shingle shortage and the All American team searched the country for our shingles and actually had them shipped from Indiana so that our project could be completed.When it came for the actual work to be done they were efficient and professional and completed the 66 square job In only 2 days. The crew cleaned up each day, were incredibly courteous to us and their attention to detail was incredible. The house looks fantastic, the shingles match our colors perfectly and their follow-up to ensure our satisfaction was timely and sincere.I can not recommend All American Restoration highly enough to anyone who needs roofing, storm damage or repair work done on their home. Imagine who you would need to call when; the power is out, multiple trees have fallen onto your house, the deck that supports your beloved hot tub is damaged and water is leaking into your home... And oh by the way the house was just sold pending final inspection. I worked with my insurance company and Jim to ensure that we got our home back to better that new condition in less than 2 weeks. Installers were there on the date we agreed upon. Completed the work same day. Super good job of installing and cleaning up. Roof looks great.I needed to repaint my shutters to blend in with the new roof. David gave me a sample of paint to try. Same color of my new vents. Also some advice on how to repaint them.A perfect color for my shutters. AND EVERY OTHER GREAT ACCOLADE, JIMMY AT ALL AMERICAN ROOFING NEEDS TO BE YOUR CONTRACTOR!!!All American Roofing and Jimmy to the rescue!I have been friends with Jimmy for many years, but unfortunately I ran into another contractor who I will choose to call the "scammer". Everything happened so quickly, we didn't even have a chance to check the scammer out. We had a storm damage claim and insurance agreed to a roof, siding, gutters, garage doors, fascia. The scammer told us that insurance would also be paying for a deck. The scammer demanded up front payment on everything. We had a roof and the top of a deck completed...and the scammer disappeared faster than when he showed up. The worst part was, we could not cash our insurance checks until all the work was completed. Keep in mind we had already paid the scammer up front ($125,000) and we couldn't cash the checks from the insurance company until all the work was completed.I quite frantically called Jimmy, he immediately calmed me down and took charge of everything! They did not miss a single detail! After the months of aggravation with the scammer, I could finally breathe. They came when they said they would, the entire crew was absolutely delightful and we could not be happier with all the work that was completed and I can finally cash the insurance checks! We bought home before work was completed from storms the previous spring. Getting work done was aggravating. No return calls. City shut down construction due to failure to pull permits. We we’re treated poorly by Jimmy himself . The crew members are professionals. We were lied to about fans being reconnected after roofing. Leaks in roof. Improper nails used on siding. The inside wall of garage is a wall of nails quite dangerous pointed out not fixed.I would never hire this company. Beware
