Jim went above and beyond in working with our insurance company, finding every aspect of storm damage to our home and submitting multiple revisions of the estimates getting us the maximum coverage provided by our policy. Zach was great to work with. He took care of everything for us after a hailstorm from inspection, insurance, scheduling around a deck build, product selection, installation and final clean up. He kept us informed on the whole process. The crews were amazing! It was windy and wet when they were here and they didn’t let anything from the tear off blow into the river or neighbor’s yards. Zach was awesome through this entire process. My insurance company was giving us a very hard time and not willing to cover the entire roof but Zach was persistent. After 5 months of back and forth with my insurance company he was able to get the entire thing covered, including my gutters.

I worked with Ameripro for a roof replacement through my insurance. The only positive part of the experience was working with Dakota, who many others have mentioned, but the rest of the process has been incredibly frustrating and bad. To avoid writing a book-length review, I'm going to make an incomplete list of the problems so far.1) The roofers showed up without any kind of heads-up and started working before the roofing product was delivered.2) There were empty beer cans on site and they worked until 9:00PM, installing flashing and other waterproofing elements in the dark.3) I had to open a warranty claim days after it was done for multiple issues, and the claim was closed before all of the repairs were made. I've had to go back and forth over weeks with different reps to try to get some resolution, and this is still ongoing.4) They billed my insurance incorrectly, including for work that they didn't complete, and said it was the insurance company's mistake. I'm still in the process of trying to get it rectified, but it certainly seems like the billing was not completed correctly in the first place by Ameripro. Also, they refused to remove a $600 line item for a repair that I completed myself until I contacted the district manager directly. For context, this was a $27,000 roofing job.I signed up with Ameripro exactly because it was promised that I would get a quality roof without having to fight my insurance company, and here I am with the exact opposite experience. Now I have to be a go-between to check their work and make sure they aren't making more mistakes.If you love stress headaches and wasting hours of your time on the phone, by all means have them do your roof. Otherwise, you can do much better.

Zach completed roof inspection following hail storm when insurance company had previously denied claim. The inspection was verified by meeting with insurance company adjuster & a satisfactory settlement was negotiated. AmeriPro selected an experienced contractor to complete re-roofing home & detached garage with new gutters & downspouts on the house. Work was completed satsfactorily in the late fall 2022.
