We added a large family/game room, a fully decked-out pub style bar, guest bedroom, storage and 3/4 bath.It was the best experience we have ever had with a builder or remodeler! Shawn is an excellent communicator, not only with his clients but with the entire team of highly skilled vendors. Chad was excellent to work with and was very punctual and thorough in his communication. Megan was able to design the exact floor planned we had imagined and love how it turned out. Carleigh was very warm, friendly and helpful through the entire process. Finally, Josh and Shawn did an impeccable job managing our construction site and ensuring our build was done correctly and actually finished the project slightly ahead of schedule. Would recommend Christian to anyone in the market for a build or remodel!

We built our first Custom Home with Christian Builders in 2002. In 2014 we had them do a basement remodel on that home. In the fall of 2022 we had them build our dream home. We chose Christian Builders because of their reputation as a high quality builder, their personal dealings with their clients, the location we wanted, and also because they are a Custom Home Builder with multiple floor plans that can all be changed to meet your needs. Not all builders are Custom Builders that will design your home to your specifications.The whole process went very smooth. We knew what was happening each day on our build. Once all selections were made, we met to discuss everything and received a booklet with everything we chose.They also have a designer available to help with any selections and answer any questions, which made it so much easier.The staff are very professional, patient, and caring, and we felt like we were treated with a lot of respect. They pay great attention to details and our wishes. They were all very patient with any changes we made and were available, at any time, to respond to us.What prompted us to use them.....We had previously toured a couple of their homes and were very impressed with the quality and workmanship and also the desire to make the home an energy efficient home. You can walk into a well built home and tell the difference in the quality.When you custom build, you can get exactly what you want. You have more options to make changes to a floor plan. They took the roof off our rambler, and made our dream home.Shawn was in charge of the remodel, he immediately put me at ease and had an answer for all my questions. We started with a 1976 Rambler with a walkout basement that I grew up in, built by my grandparents, so we were very picky about who we chose to run the project.Summer of 2021, the roof was removed and a full master suite and office were added to the second story, with a deck and three season porch. the siding and windows were matched so perfectly that people comment all the time that if they hadn't seen the house before, they wouldn't know it was remodeled.Shawn, and the army of sub contractors that worked on our home were always professional, and kept right on schedule.When the wind picked up and there was a forecast of rain, Shawn and his team were there with massive tarps and staple guns making sure to limit any damage that could occur.I wake up every morning and love my new view. I recommend Christian builders and remodelers so much, that I am willing to give Shawn permission to give out my personal phone number and talk with anyone that has specific questions about the remodel process and experience. They did tens of thousands of dollars worth of work at my house and did a terrible job and didn't stand behind the work. I had to contact them repeatedly to redo things, fix things they broke at my house and I ended up with a leaking roof which they caused and refused to fix. They LITERALLY ROOFED OVER THE BATHROOM FAN VENT. I had steam from every shower pumping directly into my attic until I finally noticed it when water condensed in the winter. The attic looked like an ice cave. Water damage everywhere. They left many nails showing on my roof. There should never be nails showing! They replaced sheathing on my roof, and rather than fix it the right way with a full sheet of osb, they put a 2x2, tiny piece of osb in which later caved in. They smashed through the sheathing to make holes for the roof vents with a hammer rather than cutting holes properly with a saw, etc. They also smashed/killed several of my bushes around the house.
