Just encountered an extremely disrespectful crew working on Highway 95 in Cambridge. The highway is closed to through traffic. I am not through traffic, and I needed the road to get to my destination. A crew had blocked the entire road, and a line of cars began to gather. There was no reason they couldn’t have allowed a few cars to travel through and then resume working. Instead of doing this, the man operating the bobcat purposely blocked my car, and stopped working. Telling me that I was “on his time.” Eventually as the line of cars grew frustrated with the crew and began honking, they demanded everyone turn around and find a new route while swearing and shouting at the cars. I was traveling to a location literally 200 yards past this point in the road, and had to detour several mile due to this unbelievably rude crew. Again, the road WAS NOT CLOSED. They blocked traffic in both directions, and acted like we were inconveniencing them by trying to use the road. I hope the owner of this company knows about the kind of employees they have interacting with the public.

Unprofessional, do not have this bottom of the barrel company work near your residence! They will show ZERO respect for the property along with ZERO respect for the homeowners. This company should not be allowed to work in residential areas due to their lack of respect and because of how lazy their operators/drivers are. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option

Happened to see a New Look truck stop ro check on a stranded motorist. There really are good people in the world. Good indicator of quality people.

I think its very bad look for the business to have one of your drivers going 73mph in a 60mph street. And i almost hit him because he turned left.... on a RED light while i had green and i had to slam on my breaks.Driving through red lights and speeding.... for what i just dont understand...

New look contracting is an excellent place to work. The management does a great job making sure we have the right tools and equipment to perform our work safely and efficiently. Working here has changed my life for the better!

This company is doing work outside my apartment. They tore up the roads and continue to leave no through paths for cars to get home. People have got stuck at home because because they block all entry. The workers are rude and are not respectful of the fact that people live here.

Horrible company. Turned off my water with no notice (day of while I was at work) and was multiple hours late completing the work. Plus, they won’t even answer their phone.
