Very helpful and friendly staff!You kinda get lost looking at, and being distracted by, all the cool things in the store!Aisleways are narrow, so meeting another shopper sometimes requires the 'shimmy' pass-by.I recommend stopping in just for the experience. And, you just may be able to find that unique item you can't live without! Bonus, free Popcorn 🍿😀

Ace is the place!! I have absolutely loved having a full service hardware store as I built out my boutique! The guys/gals are always super helpful and are sure to get what I need, super speedy if they don't have it. They did an awesome job at pre-cutting all the pipe I needed for my wall display project too! Keep up the great job!!

Ace Hardware in Roseau is always my go-to store before going anywhere else. The staff go out of their way to find what I need, or recommend where else in town that I can find it. Always friendly. Always fast. And always courteous. It's really what shopping in a small town is all about. 🙂

Great place and the help is excellent except for one fellow that works there, just walks by when you ask him a question. All the rest of the employees are great!!

I really like going to Ace I've been going there for now about 3 years and every time I go in there there's helpful people helpful associates right there helping you find what you need or if you just want to look by yourself they're not on you very welcoming friendly and they have just about anything you're going to need stop on in and check it out

Largest selection of hardware store items in the area. Very helpful staff, always ask for what you need if you don't find it easily... very likely to have. Will special order with delivery in under 3 days, often next day. Prices not as competitive as I'd like, but totally worth having this store locally!

Drove from baudette to Roseau. To shop there asked to use wash room. Gal was rude said no rest room customers. So we left and went tractor supply and did our shopping. Will not be going back to ace
