Average truck stop diner experience. Service was good. Food was inexpensive and quality fair. Restaurant was clean, and staff cleaned up tables fast during my visit. Dinner was chicken fried steak, baked potato and a salad. Served hot with plenty of gravy. It was okay, not gourmet, and probably not homemade, ie canned gravy. After a long day driving was a welcome meal.

They were building what seems like an additional eating area at the restaurant and expanding the gas station. Parking is plentiful although not in any real order. The waitress was friendly and advised us of daily specials and seems to be the place to go to have your cup of Joe with friends, or hang out with locals. They have some incredible baked goods that are generous in size. I am sure this gets busy with inclement weather and semi parking would fill up fast although there was plenty when we went. We (son and I) got standard breakfast skillets and a soda each and bill was $33.+ not including tip which we also left. Friendly staff with homemade food that was fairly quick to get.

A great little truck stop with lots of parking. The bar and grill next door was definitely worth the trip.And you can't forget to check out the Large Prairie Chicken a Ross the street. Who doesn't love a giant chicken? 🤣

Really enjoyed my lunch at the cafe. The server was very polite, quick service, and the Monte Cristo was delicious. And very reasonable price.Gravel parking lot for truck k parking. Car pumps are under construction, so things are a little messy. But that won't last long.

Got 2 photos. The 1st picture of the main meal was phenomenal and delicious! The onion rings were literally black. I know the flash lightened them up, but trust me, I could eat many before I just had to stop. Customer service was very nice and sweet to me and price wasn't too bad either. I suggest just not getting onion rings. Everything else looked very good!

The price was right, food was great. 28 minute wait for a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant ???I wasn't intending on taking a 30 minute break.In their defense they were busy.

We have been stopping here for years because food and service were very good. Last night was not that and we were very disappointed, the waitress needs to know her job a bit better, never asked how things were or if we wanted dessert etc she did share multiple hair, long black strands in my food, slaps thecheck almost on my plate that I was middle of eating. Food was bland very disappointed as we always looked forward to our meals here

The truck stop is 24 hours, the CAFE is closed from 11pm to 6 am.Large dirt lots on both sides of the truck stop and bar next door.

They have amazing food, fresh baked breakfast sandwiches, plus pies and cookies if you have a sweet tooth. The egg rolls were phenomenal as well next time I'll get the fried pickles.

Even though they’re in the middle of a complete remodel with added pumps, they keep their customers well-informed. In the very, very near future, they will be able to assist many more customers.

Tried the potato soup and definitely too much cilantro! Too hot for potatoe soup. That the second time the soup has caused a severe case of heart burn. Soups suppose to be flavored but not so spicy hot!! Had to eat a pancake to try and kill the heartburn heat!! The rest of the food was fantastic!! Home cooking Great!!

Nice clean place. Friendly Staff. Lots of spaces for Overnight stay. Restaurant and complete convenience store. Spotless restrooms, and one of the best showers on the road, spacious and super clean.I'll come back every time.

Offers $5 showers to truckers and lots of Parking. A great bar and grill next door that has off sale and great food. Haven't tried the restaurant inside the truckstop but I can only imagine that it's great also. The store itself is clean and staff were awesome. Highly recommend for truckers and the general public alike.

To the other truckers, dont order to go , today was my last day giving them business ordered a frisco burger, since when does a frisco burger come with onion and thousand island dressing, ok got there to pickup order the burger was drowning in thousand island dressing, gal says shell go back take it off, i get out my truck, go to grab a bite that never happened the over toast so dour bread broke in my hand, what a nice mess along with the burger being seared to the point id call ot burnt, save your money and go elsewere called em they did not care. Never again will rothsay truck stop get a dime of my money, for food or diesel again.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE breakfast!! If you are on the long-haul and happen to be passing through, you absolutely must stop here at the café for some very fresh and delicious food. The service was impeccable and the food is top notch! Driving past this place you would never think that this whole-in-the-wall would have this gem of a café inside. Our server, Christina didn't miss a beat. She was very sweet and attentive.

The lot has no lines and is a lil rough but the restaurant is pretty good and there is a nice lil watering hole next door to get relaxed at. The store itself is reducing and the quick bite options are more limited now but the fuel price ain't bad. Bathrooms are hit and miss (depends on who is working) and I haven't tried to shower here.

Needed a spot to stop quick. Cleaner and better than your average gas stop. Best of all they have free dog biscuits when you check out. The guys bathroom also has the orange gojo soap.

I stopped in this place once 35-40 yrs ago. They had roast pork on the menu. I got 2nds it was so good!! Then i had to lay down. I ate too much!But that pig was beautiful!!Glad to know your still there.Sorry i never got the chance in my 35yr career to come there again.But i couldnt remember the towns name, which i found today...but ive never forgot how delicious the food was, nor what kind people worked there, and the nice locals too!!God bless...david

At the time I was here they were doing some construction, so you had to enter from the one side. The showers were very clean and the price was great.

One of the last mom and pop style truck stops left. Cafe is open late for us truckers and darn good food. I miss these truck stops they use to be all over. The waitress are always nice and kind. The fuel is cheap they have straight #1 here as well. Daily specials too.
