It's nice to see that there are still some businesses that answer the phone! I called High Point on a Monday to have Matt come measure and he made time to come out on Thursday, I was able to get a quote and approve it Thursday and the following Tuesday the team at High Point was putting gutters on the house. I received a bid from High Point Gutters to install gutters on my home. I accepted the bid as written and gave them a large deposit of 50%. When they came out to do the job, they determined they could not do the job as bid. No big deal, we all make mistakes. I simply requested my 50% back, and Matt with High Point completely ghosted me. Did not return calls, texts, or emails. Out of options, I filed a small claims case. The judge agreed with my position and ordered High Point to return my money back in April. I am still working through the legal process to collect the money that the court ordered they return to me.I would strongly advise not working with High Point, or at least not paying anything until the work is completed.
