Plan on waiting at least one and 1/2 hours for your materials to come out. This location is fairly poorly run. Forklifts come out with the wrong material, cannot find the people they’re delivering to and There is very little space to park because of all the trucks here

Entrance for vans is the 3rd gate at the far west end. Call in to the office and check in. If given a dock up to number 17, you will drive in, go around the building, past Northern Tool and you will then do a parallel park manuver with the tractor at a 90 to the trailer into the dock. Just like they taught me back in school. This allows customers to get in and out of the driveway. Unloading is quick and efficient. Have fun with it, take your time and don’t get frustrated.

Trucker review: Finding the places wasn’t all bad. You get off the highway, take CR-42 to Huntington and it’s straight in front of you. BUT!! When you approach it. Hang a right then a immediate left if your a semi with a dry van. Go around to the back and park as far right as you can to the fence when you get around. They might send you to their warehouse which is just around the corner. When you leave the main building take a right, approach the stop sign, take another right, and take your first left (road will look like a driveway/back road but trust me you can use it) onto corporate center dr, take your first left and follow the road up to the building. Address is 3501 county rd 42 west. The check in should give you a map. If they don’t ask for one or directions. When you arrive park far right near the gross. You’ll see the docks on your left. You should also see one of their trucks parked in front of you.

TRUCKERS….Come off corporate drive- the entrance is in the front. The gate has a sign that tells you where to go. Need to drive to the back for delivery. They also have a bathroom that you can use. Pretty quick unload time

Not bad for flatbeds. They are super busy in morning. Arrive at 7:30. They were loading their own trucks first and then contractors’. After that, I got spot in the designated yellow lines. Offloaded quickly.

Waited over an hour for them to bring out the wrong material in the wrong color. It gets better. After I came in to see what was going on.. I was informed that they did not actually have what the item, even after I called in to confirm they had it, and confirmed the order with the front desk..

Door are difficult at best to back up to. Have to jacknife your truck to line yourself up and leave room for people to get in and out with. Also they don't care about your time or your clock. Don't suggest dealing with them if possible

Worst cluster show I've seen in bit 3hrs in positions get line jumped glad I had checked in a guy got pushed to back as he didn't have papers un due to fact he uses a cane so rate they unload on one dock that guy be here 6 hours. They say park on street or inside entrance to back facility by shingle stacks not inside fence are as one way and northern tool needs acces to their docks.

If you need building supplies this is the place to go!! The entrance to the parking lot is a bit hidden since it's in a highly commercialized area but all of the staff was very knowledgeable and professional, I even ended up getting some advice from another customer ha. The warehouse guys bring the product right out to you and I wasn't sitting around waiting to receive my product for more than about 5 minutes after paying for it. Great shop and quality products.
