I've worked with Corbins on a number of projects, upwards of 20k+ in labor and materials, and they truly deliver. Honest, hard working, on-time. Scott and Mike have a team that do what they say they're going to do, professionally, with true craftsmanship. They were instrumental in helping us transform the 3rd floor! Highly recommend.

I had a vanity install in the bathroom plus other work that needed to be done to finish the space around the vanity. I also had some sliding closet doors fixed with new rollers. They did an excellent job on both. I loved the detail they paid to the project and the professionalism. They came to me through Home Depot. This was a pleasant experience and I definitely would recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Corbins LLC for my stair railing and banister updates, and I must say that they exceeded my expectations. The estimate they provided was detailed and transparent, which gave me the confidence to move forward with their services. Their communication was top-notch at every stage, and the workers demonstrated a high level of professionalism and skill. I was thoroughly impressed by the end result. I am confident that I made the right choice in selecting Corbins LLC and I will definitely be using them for future projects. If you're looking for a reliable and competent contractor, I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Corbins LLC did fantastic work in a very timely manner. Very hard working with no details spared, very high quality work. Exteriors and interior crews were top notch and would recommend 100%.

48 years ago a slab of cement was put off of my garage back service door. Done improperly and had really sunk. Nick made a true sidewalk that matched up with my cement patio. For over 4 decades many people have tried to correct issues with my yard the worst issue being standing water when it rained. Nick saw the whole picture and just took command of the situation and immediately knew what was needed. Now no more standing water. I cannot say enough good things about Nick. Knowledge. Hard worker. Takes pride in his work. A rarity nowadays. The only thing for me to deal with now is growing grass and filling in doggy potholes!

Update: the business’s response is not completely accurate, and is quite disappointing though not surprising given my experience.I couldn’t technically tell Corbins to cease work on something they never even started working on in the first place. I asked for a refund at the appointment stage when the second appointment was a no-show. Corbins didn’t even bother to open the access panel to take a look under the tub. Of course I lost trust and confidence in their ability to do the work!If I had said “it’s all just too much” it certainly wasn’t via email as they state, as I never had a discussion in email nor used those words in email with anyone from Corbins. I received an estimate and a payment option via email but no discussions whatsoever.Corbins offered to refund a portion but also stated “that’s not set in stone” (which I have saved in a voicemail) and when I continued to reach out to discuss further or even get an update at the least, I was ignored.Didn’t realize I could be more appalled and disappointed than I already was…yikes.Original comment:I moved into a home with a bathtub that this company originally installed for previous owners. It was within the 6 month window of time of which they installed it and the tub squeaks and creaks terribly when you step into it. I had Corbins (the original installers) out for an estimate to install foam underneath the tub.Mike came and did the estimate, said he remembered the project, and said they’d go through the access panel in my closet. They required me to pay in full up front before they would come out to work on it. I even called and asked. I paid and they scheduled to come out the very next day. Mike shows up with 2 others, they walk through the house, don’t bother to open the access panel to see under the tub, and tell me now they need to go through the garage and they can’t do it and have to come back another time.I then set up a second appointment of a time of their choosing for the following morning. I even called to confirm with Ashlea, who helped me make the appointments etc, after they’d left.Nobody calls or shows up to the appointment the next morning. I wait an hour and a half then finally call to request my money back because I’ve now had 2 appointments (during my work day btw) of wasted time and no fixed tub and no follow-up. I am uncomfortable with the way this is being handled and that they suddenly decide they need to put a hole in my garage to access the tub, etc. After telling Ashlea this, she says the owner is out of town on vacation and she will call me back. A bit later she calls back saying they are in fact going through the access panel, they can come back between 3 and 4 that day, and if I want the refund they can only give me a partial one but she’ll “talk to the owner because it’s not set in stone.”I ask for a full refund again, and never hear back. I wait until the next morning (a Friday) and leave a message. I wait some more and call back and leave a message the following Tuesday. No response.I finally had to go through my credit card company because this business essentially took my money, didn’t do a single thing, didn’t communicate further to resolve it, and essentially ghosted me. Last I heard from anyone at this business was September 7.The owner never reached out himself, I never got the chance to ask to speak to him. My realtor, who was present during both appointment times, even reached out to Mike and left a message to ask some questions and never heard back.In my opinion, they should’ve just had more care in their work and come out and done it for free since it wasn’t technically finished properly in the first place.

The team I met from Corbins LLC were very professional and knowledgable of their work. They provided great ideas and their workmanship is impressive. Both Michael Kraus and Eric Samples are excellent role models of Corbins and are pleasant to work with. They were professional and answered any questions we had. Eric finished the job in a timely manner and the end-project is perfect.I also appreciated all of Sophia's help in working through this project. Thank you Sophia, Michael and Eric.

Update: Corbins, I think you don't get it. Look at the picture #1. Is that the way you finish the basement? Can you see the gap between the ceiling and the wall? Leaving the cable like that shouldn't the way of getting things done. Asking its proper finish shouldn't be "change" of order. Yes, I paid change of order number #1 because it WAS the change of order. I originally settled with just one electric switch, but I began to think it would be nice to have three different sections and dimmers. When the electrician came, I asked him to put three dimmer switches for three different sections of the basement. That's the change of order, Corbins. But, this? No! It is NOT a change of order. This is the first time in my lifetime to write a review on a product or service. It means that it's bit serious to me as a customer. If you are planning to work with Corbins, LLC, you better read the following before contracting with them for your next project.I signed a contract with you on 08/24/2023. On page 3 of the contract, it reads: “A change order requiring signature will be issued to reflect the updated contract price. No work will continue until both parties are in agreement and updated signed change order is received.”I sent the picture of the unfinished cable treatment to Mi** on October 9th (photo #1) and discussed with him about it on the same day(9th) at 3:53pm. I talked to him saying “I pay second change of order, but I won’t pay this work.” Look at the picture. The basement is almost finish and Corbin left the cable dangling. The problem was no one from Corbin came to check how things have been going since they came to my house before the contract. Everything was done through sub-contractor and the communication with Hispanic workers were terrible because of the language barrier. Most mornings they came to my home not knowing what to do and I had to explain things using google translate. On the first day they came with all the materials for flooring that had been sitting in my garage for weeks. That means there is no communication between Corbin and the subcontractor. I have often talked about the cable and Ale* told me that Corbins would take care of it. Anyway, when I called Corbin and sent the picture, Mi** replied, “we will take care of that.” I asked him again to make sure that there won’t be additional charge and he affirmed that. He mentioned that nobody noticed the cable. I told him that it was there from day 1 I purchased the house (in 2018) and I thought that you guys would take care of that as finishing the basement. I told him it looked ugly and unprofessional, and he agreed. The job was doneThen, they sent me a change of approval request for change order #3 on 17th. And I replied to Cobins saying, “I am not paying the additional $700 charge.” According to the contract, I have never agreed upon the change of order charge before/after the work. Corbins falsely charged it after all work had been done. Furthermore, I clearly communicated with Mi**, “I will not pay the cable work.” And he verbally agreed. The job is done and done beautifully. It’s because the Hispanic workers worked hard. Corbins never came back to do a final check or stopped by to see how things were going. They had a major communication issue with a subcontractor and internal communication is also problematic, too.I have received three “general contractor pre-lien notice to owner” and all the copies are the same. I have paid all but $700 charge that I have not agreed upon and I will not.

We worked with Corbins on a remodel of our finished basement. When we showed Scott and Mike what we wanted to do they gave their inputs and made recommendations on where to put our attention first. They were quick to start and kept things moving swiftly. The team behind-the-scenes was available any time I had questions along with provided clear communication throughout the process. We couldn't love our new space more! The design fits better with our needs and is beautiful. Thank you so much!Service: Basement remodeling

I hired Corbins to replace a deck. Throughout the process they were responsive to my concerns and feedback, and I am very pleased with the final result. They showed excellent commitment to quality and were willing to touch up various imperfections before wrapping up the project. There were some miscommunication and hiccups with scheduling but all things considered the project was completed within a reasonable time frame.

We started out to just have our flooring replaced, once we got into the job, there was some damage to the subfloor, caused by a leak before we bought the house. Scott and his crew were great about keeping us up to date on what was needed. Mid way through we also decieded to replace the patio doors. The quality of the work was outstanding. The job was done quickly and the crew was very nice to work with. We will be using Corbins again in the very near future.Services: Install flooring, Repair flooring

When I hire out work, I am looking for several traits in the contractor I hire:Can they do the job right? Can they stay on schedule? Can they keep the job affordable? Will they communicate to me before/during/after the project?Scott Corbins LLC. answered every one of those questions and did so in resounding fashion and the work exceeded my best expectations.
