I reached out to Ian Newby of Exteriors Plus Roofing regarding a tree limb that had punctured the roof of a rental property of mine. He responded immediately telling me what he could do for me. He came over the next day to remove the limb and put a tarp over the hole. A few days later (after the replacement shingles came in) he came back and repaired the roof. It looks perfect! Highly recommend Exteriors Plus and Ian Newby. We looked at multiple contractors and new from our first meeting that Ian was the right fit for us to replace our siding. He took the time to understand what we wanted, what we hoped for (he helped us make a new front porch possible) and what our budget was -- not just a cookie cutter siding replacement quote. His attention to detail and eye for design in the rendering process ensured we got look we were hoping for. When it came to scheduling the build, Ian and his crew (Santos) were right on schedule and had great communication. The crew was incredibly clean and meticulous, and did a phenomenal job with the install. Our property looked cleaner after they were done than before :) They did a great job through the inspection process and finalizing after completion. We could not have asked for a better remodel. One important distinction that sets Exteriors Plus apart is the customer service--Ian stayed with us from start to finish, and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely use Exteriors Plus again on our next project, and will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Exterior Plus was great to work with! I would highly recommend them for roofing repairs. We had hail damage to our roof and they are very knowledgeable about the insurance process and the crew that replaced our shingles was incredibly hard working and did a great job cleaning up our yard when they were finished. I can’t say enough about the customer service and quality of work. I recently painted my living room and noticed water stains on my ceiling. I called Exteriors Plus Roofing and Ian came out right away, got up in my attic, identified the issues and was able to get up on my roof and seal the hole. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Exteriors Plus was by far the best choice we could have made for our home renovation. We had a hail claim that turned into a full roof, gutter and siding replacement, and we couldn't be happier with teh end result.The attention to detail from Scott and his team was unparalleled and we have been through a few remodels before. In addition, his communication made an otherwise hectic process much less so. Quy, the owner, offered design solutions from 3rd parties as well as recommendations for how to best achieve the look we were going for.Their collective knowledge of the products on the market to achieve our desired result and the expertise of their craftsman in not only installing the new materials but fixing the old material was appreciated throughout the process.They helped pull together siding, soffits, facia, roofing, gutters, concrete work and carpentry for the wood planter wall and made sure the end result worked seamlessly .If we ever need any additional work to the exterior of our house, Exteriors Plus will be our first and only call. They took the ugliest house on the block and made it in one of the most attractive. Now if they only did landscaping!!!! :)

Had them fix my bad gutters and they did an amazing job. Even replaced and painted a piece of rotted wood from the previous bad gutters. Made an appointment, they came in and got all the bad gutter taken out, and good gutters put in with no fuss .Would hire them again for any future projects I'd need to have done.

We contacted Exteriors Plus after our cedar fence fell down during a winter storm. Ian came out and was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up choosing a white vinyl fence and it looks amazing. Ian managed the project and came out frequently to check on the progress and was available whenever we needed to talk. The workers who completed our fence were very nice and did a great job. We are very happy how everything turned out! We have contacted Ian again to get our roof replaced after having a great experience with them already. We would definitely recommend (and have) Exteriors Plus to our friends and family.

UPDATE - THIS COMPANY STILL HAS NOT FIXED THEIR HORRIBLE WORK ADN THE ROOF IS STILL NOT FIXED AS OF8/15/23- DO NOT TRUST THEM DURING THIS HAIL CYCLE READ BELOW OR MESSAGE US! There may not be enough space to add how bad this experience was so if we need to we will add another. This started off as a terrible experience from the start. The sales rep Robert knocked on the door and proceeded to do the fast talking sales pitch. he led us to believe they were master level roofers when in fact we have found out they are not. We mention that because it matters when things go wrong and what is warrantied. Robert then ordered a start date and left roofing products sitting in our driveway for over a month because the wrong skylights were ordered. Then as they were replacing the roof they took our heating coils off and did not replace them back properly which now has caused water damage in our walls, trim & home...and yes we have all the pics to prove it as they will lie. They also cut down our direct tv satellite and I had to go in the dumpster to retrieve it.; Another problem is no one from the company that came out to fix the roof spoke English. So they could not under stand they cut my satellite. This was also a problem when I told them they put roofing shingles and nails in my pool. They also caused about $2000 in lawn damage. The truck they used hydraulics systems broke and put poisonous gas all over our yard. OHH yea we have pics, and they have not paid for all of this either. We still have ruined skylights that have a weird blue paper hanging out of them that they cant explain or have they fixed. We have never had water in our home since we moved here...and they minute they did not pout the hating coils back the way they got them we got an ice dam and water damage. Now the company is refusing to take responsibility for any damage. They are going to try and respond to the message saying we did not pay for the roof. Which is true we did not pay for the full remaining balance because the inside water damage started. The balance we owe is about $2000. But if you still had a wrecked yard, shingles at the bottom of the pool and damaged skylights and trim- would you pay the full amount yet???? Do NOT fall for this company. Go with a more reputable roofer and one that is truly a certified expert.

I am so thankful that I was referred to Exteriors Plus. When the hail storms came thru in August and my roof had damage. Andy came out immediately and using his expertise worked with my insurance company and also assisted their inspector.When my roof was approved for replacement, Andy worked diligently with me and explained and answered all my questions. They were able to get me scheduled within a week. Andy kept me informed and was very hands on through the entire process.On installation day, the whole crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. It was fun to watch how they worked so well together as a team. They started and completely finished within same day and my new roof looks great. The whole team took much care to protect my stuff by placing tarps around my Home and cleaned everything up when finished.Overall, Andy listened to my concerns and has a lot of knowledge and expertise to share. He goes above and beyond and puts his clients needs first. He makes sure that his clients are comfortable and satisfied with all aspects of the job at hand. This for me was extremely important. Our homeowners' insurance sent me a non-renewal notice for my residential flat roof. I reached out to several local companies which advertise flat roof repair/replacement. Austin @ Exteriors Plus did a fantastic job with my claim process. He was always responsive even when I had questions after work hours. He was able to get my roof, full sidings approved and replaced with my insurance. Majority of my neighbours only had sections of their sidings replaced.
