Sandau Construction is the best construction company that we had the experience with living in our house. Ryan is very knowledgeable sales person, not pushy, patient. He even showed all features of the Provia windows in the show room. Dan is extremely professional & great project manager. The installation team leading by Wayne who knows every detail about the windows was incredible! Dee-the office manager was very helpful with all our requests. Overall windows look absolutely beautiful, we want to thank you the company for the quality work & recommend them to everybody!

Sandau Construction did a fantastic job with our siding and gutters after hail damage . Our house looks better than new. Just as amazing as the work completed, was the over the top service and communication provided. Our contact Ryan P. Was awesome about returning calls and emails quickly and completely. Plus he was amazing helping us with our insurance claim. He met our adjuster and spent hours, twice, going over our damage (beyond items Sandau would be repairing). He was patient, professional and proficient throughout a truly messed up, frustrating situation. I have to give a shout out for Sandau Contruction. We had two exterior doors & storm doors replaced recently. The quality of the doors (Pro Via) are top notch. However, their installation crew and quite frankly everyone I've worked with at Sandau (Ryan and Dee) have been over the top in terms of meeting and exceeding the needs of the customer. I really was impressed! The installation crew deserves a special shout out. Top notch professionalism and knowledge. I could say more but might run out of real estate on this post. Had several bids for a new front door and window; Sandau answered all my silly questions and took time to explain the process to me in as much detail as I wanted. They door and window arrived earlier than they thought it would and they installed it with pictures to show what they had done. Yeah, with pictures that they sent me so I could see what they did! No hiding anything there. I will use them again if I need something else done. Very professional and good quality work.

He has so much experience, I have had Sandau Construction help me with many projects, I always know I am in good hands when Kevin is around. If you need design help, they have an experienced designer, Wayne Snetting, he has great ideas and somehow stays in tune with your style. The crews at Sandau are friendly, professional, and clean. Sandau replaced my living room windows and my kitchen sliding French doors in 2014 and they are LOVELY. Together we worked through a window design change so that I had a larger picture window out to the Mississippi River and the view is so much better. The change in insulation in the winter was substantial. I could finally sit next to my windows and not feel cold wafting off the glass panes.I also want to mention the professionalism of their staff. Their representative came out and we had a good discussion about window options and the advantages at the varying types and insulation levels. I felt absolutely no pressure and no "today-only" types of suspicious discounts. They were just straightforward professional. They had examples and were able to match my colors and wood types perfectly. The representative measured and did a thorough calculation of costs and left me with an estimate so I could review and call to confirm. When we went ahead with the work, their workers were efficient, paid attention to detail and completely cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the materials and work is excellent.I would have loved to have gone with them for a whole house window-makeover but my budget wouldn't allow it. I am already exploring their return to do some of my other windows. And their costs did not increase from last year.I heartily encourage you to talk with Sandau and see what they can do for you.

Sandau Construction is not kidding when they say they will take care of their customers! One year after they installed the siding at my house, a small piece of siding has come loose. Sandau Construction not only answered my call courteously, they sent out a crew to fix the siding right away. I did not expect such prompt after sales service as most other companies I have dealt with in the past would drag their feet when they have to come back to fix things for free. Sandau Construction has certainly exceeded my expectations! Great company to work with.

We had Sandau Construction install new windows, siding, soffit, facia, and gutters on our home and are extremely happy with the results. We asked for some windows to be filled in, others to be a smaller size, and one other to be in a new spot in a different style. They made it work and did a great job. The guys in the crew are all very friendly and skilled, and were happy to take time to answer all my questions along the way. Our neighbors were impressed, we were impressed, our house looks new with the Hardy siding, what more can I say.

I had SoftLite replacement windows purchased from Wayne Sandau and installed by Sandau construction 8/15. I have been trying ever since to resolve an issues with the screens. The design of the screen allows bugs to enter a closed screen with a closed window. Friday 10/9/2020 I counted upwards of 50 asian beetles in one window, with other window containing asian beetles and box elder bugs, these large bugs crawl around the screen. The only function of a screen is to keep bugs out. But Softlite windows says the function is to slide and only deter bugs. The Sandau constuction company representative on 10/9/2020 finally told me the truth the design of these window screens will never work. What I have been saying since 10/2015. But to my shock, he told me it is my fault I ordered sliding windows from SoftLite through Sandau construction and there is nothing more they will do for me. Sandau construction is not standing by the products they sell.

Salesman was informative and polite at all times. Workers came, and followed through with everything my salesman Graham said they would do.Example they layers down CLEAN tarps to protect my flooring.Picture window was in and installed in 3 hours.Workers were also very respectful and I love my new window.

September 30th: I contacted Sandau via website for a basement finish estimate. They immediately replied via email stating an actual contractor would contact me shortly.October 18th: I never heard from a contractor, but I received an accidental email from them, meant to be in-agency only: it stated, "did you contact the guy with no $$$ yet?"We never discussed finances and I have no idea how their staff concluded we have an inability to pay, but this accidental exposure of in-house perspective from the office staff has influenced me to bring my business elsewhere.
