Freddie and Mary and their staff were really wonderful to work with on our recent full kitchen remodel of our split level 1990 home. They communicated well from day one and are extremely honest and straightforward about the whole process and their pricing (which was very fair). What I appreciated most about Serda was their guidance through the process and their willingness to be creative, as our design vision (a midcentury inspired kitchen) was a bit different than their previous projects. The custom cabinets turned out exceptionally beautiful, and the whole kitchen turned out beyond our expectations. We were happy with the products and finishes they have to choose from, and that they were willing to work with us to acquire the items we wanted that were less conventional. Any big renovation will have unexpected things pop up, and Freddie was always on top of any questions or concerns. They were realistic about their timeline and finished ahead of schedule! We renovated our bathrooms a few years back with a different local company, and we wish we had known about Serda at that point. The quality of their work and professionalism is above and beyond! Literally zero complaints. We will absolutely work with them again and highly recommend their work and their professionalism.

We had such a great experience remodeling our kitchen with Serda, that we also had them finish our basement!Their work is excellent, and they are also so wonderful to work with. Freddie was always easy to get in contact with when questions came up, and he was always giving us updates as to what work was coming up the following day. Mary was so patient when helping us make design choices. Their team is very hard working, but also so friendly when my kids would pop in and ask them what they were working on.Whenever our next house project happens, we already know we will use Serda Remodeling again!

Freddie, Taylor, and the rest of the Serda crew were fantastic! We looked at 5 contractors and interviewed 3 of them. We felt comfortable with Freddie right away and are very happy we chose Serda Remodeling. We've never been through a large project like this and not having a kitchen for 2.5 months created more than a little concern! On top of that, the project was being completed during the height of Covid 19! Because of the virus, and all that is involved with a kitchen remodel; we braced for long delays and did what we could in advance to avoid them. Fortunately, there was only a minor delay and it had little affect on the overall timeline. Freddie worked with us and made the process easy. He was on site everyday. I spent many hours looking for a company to work with on our master bath remodel. It seemed every company had enough questionable reviews that I just couldn't take the risk. I dreaded the thought of a failed project after all the cost and inconvenience. Each time I would suspend my search out of frustration and fear.Months later, I saw an ad for Serda Remodeling and started doing some research. Everything seemed to line up so I gave Freddie a call and made an appointment for an estimate. He was super personable and seemed like someone I could trust. Boy was I right.Our new master bath is everything we had hoped for and more. My wife is thrilled and you know 'happy wife = happy life.' Serda Remodeling remodeled our basement five years ago. We loved them so much we hired them to do our kitchen. They did an AMAZING job on our kitchen!! Freddie was extremely personable, professional, and punctual. His ability to schedule contractors to have someone here working everyday was impressive and part of what I enjoy about Serda remodeling. We were able to get our kitchen done in the 6 to 8 week time frame he gave us even with a two week pause due to  our family having to quarantine! We interviewed multiple companies for our home remodel and knew right away when we met Freddie that this was the company we needed to go with. Freddie and his team were punctual, friendly and easy to work with, despite the fact that this was all during COVID and things were changing every day with protocols, supplies, etc.We had done a bathroom remodel the year before with a different company and had the complete opposite experience, so we were so relieved when Freddie was the REAL DEAL! I had just about given up on finding help to remodel my nightmarish kitchen. After seeing their commercial one morning, I decided to call Serda Remodeling. Freddie was the first one who actually listened to what I wanted to do and he was willing to use some existing features of the room to keep the cost down. Freddie is very easy to get along with and so are all the members of his crews and subcontractors. Communication and timeliness were excellent. Of course there were "surprises" along the way in a 100 year old house but we met them together and figured out solutions. Serda did a fantastic job for us. They did a lot of work for us. Remodeled our kitchen and and upper bathroom, installed a new lower bathroom, replaced and installed flooring throughout the entire living and dining area. The work was first class and was done right! We are so happy that we chose Serda! I have worked with other contractors but came away with some buyers remorse, but not with Serda--I have none. Freddie and his team are so easy to work with. When any unforeseen issue arose, Freddie and his team came through with flying colors. The trim work, finish work, flooring, painting and tile work was amazing! I was so pleased to see the level of detail and craftsmanship. Serda was also so helpful. They did several side jobs along the way for example roof repair, speckling a ceiling, removing some skylights, rehanging and adjusting several doors...Wow!! Thank you Serda! Freddie Serda remodeled three of our bathrooms and we had him come back to install new countertops and a back splash in our kitchen. We had a great experience working with Freddie. He does a great job of communicating throughout the process. He works hard to complete the job as efficiently as possible to minimize the disruption to daily life. He was able to generate cost savings without sacrificing the quality of the work and the results. We were very pleased with all of the projects and I now recommend Freddie to our friends and neighbors.

Freddy and team were great to work with! My wife and I had a new bathroom added in our basement and some updates done to our powder room. Everything turned out even better than we had hoped! Serda Remodeling completely redid our bathroom last year, and we liked the work so much that we hired them again to do our kitchen. We love our old Saint Paul home and are trying to stay true to the original style, so it was important to hire someone who would work with us to create a modern but classic look in both rooms. Freddie and his team became just as invested in that vision as we were. These old homes come with lots of surprises and challenges, but they worked through all of them and we could not be happier with the end results! They helped us turn outdated eyesores into two absolutely stunning rooms. Last but not least, Freddie is just an all around good guy, and we have fun working with him! Freddy and his crew were great. They remodeled our kitchen in a timely manner at a price was reasonable and there were no surprises. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted when we started, but Freddy was easy to work with.
