Countrywide replaced our roof in Minneapolis and also the roof of our lake home in Battle Lake, MN. Both roofs turned out beautifully. The crews' skills are solid and they're efficient. Countrywide guides their customers through the entire process of dealing with the sometimes complex issues associated with insurance claims after experiencing storm damage. I never felt overwhelmed, or uncertain at any point during the process. The company representative, Doug specifically (who was always available to address my questions or find the answer) was attentive to all of the detail and nuances involved in making the outcome of a job successful. I didn't expect so much from a roofing company, I'm pleasantly surprised and I'm sure I'll be talking about this experience for years to come. Thank you Countrywide Contracting!

Craig Johnson at Countrywide Contracting remodeled my kitchen and took an extremely dysfunctional, outdated kitchen and turned it into something that should be in a magazine. He listed to my needs, finished within the timeframe he promised, his price was reasonable. The guys that did the work were professional and courteous! I would highly recommend Countrywide!

Doug McLaughlin was wonderful to deal with at every stage in getting our hail-damaged roof fixed. He clearly and patiently explained the process, met the insurance adjuster with me, provided me useful references, helped me select the shingles, and was on-site multiple times during the repair. The materials were delivered on-time and where promised. The work was done on schedule and the team was pleasant and worked hard. There were no safety issues. They cleaned up well—we found a very small number of nails and some small shingle scraps. The new roof looks nice. They were great and I’d recommend Doug, this crew and Countrywide to anybody.

Countrywide replaced our roof in the fall of 2023. Our home was built in 1909, so we wanted to make sure the roof kept with the character, and that the team was careful during the work with some fragile elements (wood trims, etc). They did a great job on all fronts! And the service and communication were always prompt and very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Jim was good at getting to our house to see if we had any visible damage on our roof before an adjuster was there and it was determined we had none so we were able to cancel! He was also accommodating to my Aunt as well in explaining to her how the insurance adjustment worked! The crew also was able to get the roof done in a day and cleaned!

Countrywide was one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. They were professional from beginning to end. The guys came on time and worked late but still cleaned up completely. The roof work was great and they solved some complicated problems on our 100 year old house. Doug answers all questions personally and explained things really well.
