We hired Element Exteriors to replace the shingles on our roof because of hail damage. They worked directly with our insurance company to make it hassle-free for us. Scott was very responsive and kept on top of everything so that everything moved along smoothly. Their roofing team was professional and the work was top notch. When the job was finished they did a great job cleaning everything up around the exterior or our house. We had excellent service from everyone involved! Element Exteriors is number one on our list for any future project we may have. This company is top-notch and I highly recommend them!

Our sales person Jeff Bailey provided such great service for our daughters house after a hailstorm that we chose him to handle our claim as well. He was diligent in contacts he had with our insurance agent during the whole process and kept us well informed especially when our agent missed covering some of the work that needed to be done for the garage. Jeff also was able to He was able to move the work date sooner when we decided to sell our home. We recommend Jeff Bailey, he will do you right as he did for us.

Element did a great job on my roof and stone work. I had hail damage from last fall and they came out and handled everything for me. Walked me through the process as I had not made an insurance claim before. Great sales staff and contractors were very respectful of our property. We hired Element Exteriors (John) to replace our roof and siding from severe hail damage. We then hired him to complete a full renovation of stucco removal and replacement with LP siding on the front of our home. We had a complicated, detailed front requiring much attention to details. From my 1st meeting with them, every step and decision along the way for all aspects relating to my storm damage were handled with patience, expertise, additional considerations, and never feeling rushed. They made my concerns and decisions comfortable, able to choose all needs vs what could have been done yet without being necessary post storm, and factoring in older siding vs possible newer color variances. They are personable and professional, friendly, and they cleaned up so completely one would never have realized the amount of work and damaged product that the crew had to deal with. It was as if no work had been done as cleanup is perfect. They were fast to fit me in even thou the damage in our area was very extensive. The man in charge always made himself available for questions etc also, and remained on hand through the whole process. They were great in every way. Also they made the trim around my chimney match with the older look perfectly. I had the best experience with Element Exteriors after a hailstorm damaged my entire roof. I gave them a call and within the same day one of their guys, Grant Schell, was walking me through what my options were, answering all of my questions, and explaining each detail of the process. Also, there was no "hard sell" and I really appreciated that. Grant was super knowledgeable about how to work with my insurance, he helped me see where the damage was, and he had my back when my adjuster came out and we were able to get things done quickly. His team was excellent, too. My new roof looks great, there was no sign that they were even there once the job was done--no trash, no damage. Nick from Element Exteriors stopped by the house asking if I would be interested in having my roof replaced. There was visible damage from a previous storm. He was very professional and made it very easy to get the ball rolling. His partner, Jeff, took over the task of meeting with the insurance appraiser and handled the arrangement to get the job done. He was professional, punctual and available for inquiries. The men who actually replaced the roof did an excellent job. The roof looks great. They cleaned up the mess before leaving. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars was because Element Exteriors doesn’t take credit cards. I would definitely work with them again if I had cash on hand.

Super impressed with the service received. Called John about fixing our gutter that had come loose (and was just a small breeze away from falling off). He was able to get one of his guys out ASAP to take a look. Randy serviced our gutter and did a fantastic job! He was on-time, super friendly and efficient with his work.
