Had a great experience with Riverside Roofing. Kevin came to our house many times and talked to us about what we wanted done. He was very informative as to the insurance claim process and he worked with the claims people from start to finish. Kevin and his sons Garrett, Gavin, and Gage were very professional and knowledgeable about the business. They were also here with the crew on the day of the job and made sure everything got done to our satisfaction. Their team was very proficient and coordinated. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience from the start of our home repairs until the end! Gage was our main point of contact, but due to a number of hail damage areas needing to be repaired we actual got to work with the entire family (Kevin, Gage, Gavin, and Garrett)! From roofing to gutters to siding and much more, they did it all. They worked with us, with our insurance company, and as needed with other companies to ensure we got what we needed. The entire team was always just a text or phone call away and anytime we had questions they responded quickly and professionally! Could not have asked for a better quality company to complete the work. Have recommended this company to others and will continue to do so! Would give this company 10 stars (out of 5) if we could!

Phil came to my home and did a great job! He is easy to work with, explained all details of what needed to be done to have the most professional job completed, which it was. I'm very happy with the work and the result. Phil kept me updated on everything, always on time and competed the job in the time frame he said he would. I had bad experiences in the past so i was a little hesitant to get this done .. but Phil was a total professional. He was polite, courteous, answered my many questions. As the new roofing project progressed let me say this was more than just a new roof. My roof needed major repair besides replacement! We needed a new roof, siding, and gutters following a major hail storm. Kevin stopped out and thoroughly explained the claims process to us (our first time ever submitting a homeowners claim). He walked us through the whole process, worked with our insurance, and kept us updated throughout the process. Their team was fast and efficient and did great work. Basically every house in our town had some extent of hail damage and there were many different contractors working in town, but our house was one of the first ones fully fixed! They were great to work with!!

Gavin worked (and walked) us through every step of getting our new roof. He was available to speak with our insurance adjuster and showed up on the weekend with his crew to knock out our roof. It was quick and everyone was friendly and helpful. The work was well cleaned up and we never found a roof nail on the ground! And our roof just look beautiful. Hoping to work with this company again for siding and windows :)

Phil and Kevin were great at communicating and answering questions, even when I didn't understand the answer and had to ask for another way of explaining the answer. The roofing crew were professional and worked FAST. They cleaned up as well as you can with all the small pieces that come off.

Phil showed up one day about a month after a bad storm and offered a free inspection. It was about a month after the storm, and while the neighbors had new roofs, I hadn't done anything yet. Am I glad I waited! Phil and Kevin did a great job walking me through the process of getting my insurance claim done and installing a new roof. Phil always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had a question. They had a lot of options for shingles, and they got done quickly! I highly recommend them for any project.

Phil and Kevin showed up at our door one day and offered to do a free inspection of our roof. Though we were skeptical, we allowed it.Without promising anything, they claimed that we had enough damage to our roof that we might qualify, so I gave our insurance company a call.Three months later, we were getting a brand new roof installed!The team they had installing our roof did a fantastic job! They were quick and fairly quiet considering the scope of work, and they took EXCELLENT care to make sure that none of our pepper plants got harmed in the process!Not to mention, they went above and beyond and fixed the rotted-out parts of our roof and covered the areas where we had leaking issues with extra waterproofing!
