I just loved working with Heritage Exteriors. They did a great job replacing our roof, steel siding, windows, gutters and doors. They have special crews that are experts for each project that was done. They were always in contact with me, keeping me posted on their progress. They also worked well with our insurance company. Heritage Exteriors solved an issue no other contractor in the area could help with. We had our third floor bedroom window turned into an egrees window.Heritage was extremely thoughtful in the planning process and saved us money by purposefully reusing our trim around the new window frame. Heritage Exteriors was able to get to my project several months before their initial quote and communicated extremely well when the project experienced an unavoidable weather delay.I could not be happier with the qualify of the work done, the reasonable prices, and the transparent communication of this company. I plan on using this business in the future to assist with maintaining my own small business!

I can't begin to express my gratitude to the Heritage team for the phenomenal transformation they performed on my home! From beginning to end, I was treated with profession deference. Hayden, Matt and Josh made the decision-making process easy to understand (and fun). Talk about details! It wasn't just the new roof, windows and siding that amazed me, it was also the recommendations they offered, as this wasn't an easy fix-it job. There was a lot of extra work that needed to be done to make the structure secure. (It is a very old house!). I commented to Matt and Josh that their work crews were top-notch. Their camaraderie was infectious! You could tell they worked well together! I highly recommend Heritage Exteriors for any home renovation project! They will go above and beyond your expectations!

These guys are great. I had damage to my houses siding. Ben Nelson a Sales representative went to work on it for me right away. He came to assess the damage on his lunch break and contacted my claims adjuster. From start to finish Ben Nelson is the man! Put my mind at ease and really took care of the whole thing explaining the process as we went. The house looks great with all new siding!

When several storms came through our area we needed to have our shingles replaced. From the start when Jacob came out to assess the damage we knew we made a great decision to choose Heritage Exteriors and Restoration. Jacob worked with our insurance company and us to get fair and quality coverage. Jacob walked us through the steps of getting our shingles replaced and made our project process a no hassle experience. We noticed that Heritage Exteriors works closely together from the supervisors to the hard working crew. We had such an experienced team doing the work, we were very pleased and impressed. They cleaned up as they went along and completed the job very timely and they left with everything cleaned up. We highly recommend Heritage Exteriors and Restoration for any projects and will definitely work with them again forour projects in the future.

I had a great experience working with Christa and the team at Heritage Exteriors. I had some questionable waterproofing around my chimney and some questions about shingles on a new home I just purchased a month ago. Christa and her team were so helpful with my small, odd project and fit me into their schedule of larger jobs, no problem. They were honest, communicative, and sent me several pictures to help me better understand what I have going on up there! I would highly recommend working with them and I plan to contact them for any other projects that come up on my house.

Absolutely top notch company. Excellent work at a super competitive price. I first had them do my home. It was actually fun to watch how fast the job got done with no skimping on quality workmanship. My job was done in 2 days...I never found one loose nail on the ground when they were done. After the job Kieth stopped by to be sure I was 100% satisfied. They were so good I also had them do a rental house I had in Bloomington and then a Motel I owned in Willmar. They are professionals who know what they are doing!

He made the process of going from our initial meeting to getting quotes to lining up the jobs simple and straight forward with zero pressure. How awesome!! my house looks like it was just built!! New siding and Shingles what a face lift. The crews were great and did a clean and immaculate job!! Clean up was great, looked for nails and found very few. Not bad for close to 20,000 nails being removed. I recommend these guys to everyone. Updating this review. Heritage reached out about our concern of the poor quality of materials. Matt came out and looked at our situation. Unfortunately, due to the wind tunnel that we experience, the smaller downspouts were not holding up causing them to bend, split, and blow away (Even though they were secured in place). Matt put together a plan and offered a few solutions. Two weeks ago Heritage replaced the flimsy smaller downspouts with large, more rigid downspouts. In last nights storm they held together well and did not move. A huge contrast in what was previously installed. Thanks for listening to your customers. And a huge thanks to Matt Munson for putting together some ideas to minimize the issues we have around our house from a drainage and wind perspective.Heritage construction worked promptly to get going once they received the required information from insurance. Communication between project manager and us was great. Matt went above and beyond to get the project completed to our standards. The only gripe I have is the quality of product that was used. Several downspouts are already damaged and split and it has not even been a year. A few on the ground have already split at the seam.Services: Exterior finishing, Roof installation

Called over a year ago for hail damage to both our roof and siding. It took over 8 months to do the roof and over a year to get siding done (I had to get an extension from insurance). Both times the bill was higher than the estimate and the invoice included things that were not done. For instance I was charged for re-roofing the garage which was not approved or covered by insurance ( I had to pay out of pocket) and I was charged for a dryer vent and house wrap both of which were not replaced on the house. Very slow to give updates on when the work will get done and very difficult to get a hold of anyone (calls/texts/emails took days to respond). They were however very quick to send a bill within three to five days after work was completed. I gave two stars because the project teams that actually came on site and did the work did a good job.

INSTALLING EGRESS WINDOWS IN MY BASEMENT.........From the second I called Heritage Exteriors and Restoration, to the second this company was done with my project, I was treated with top notch respect, kindness and Customer Service that was unbelievably incredible. This company is actually a team that I wish I could be a part of. The positive atmosphere created in this company is top notch. On the phone, in their business and even when they come to do the work. They are kind, caring, respectful, have an amazing sense of humor...I seriously could go on and on. To me is everything. Especially in today's world, where I feel it is falling apart. AND it doesn't stop there. Then there is the work they did part. All I can say is it was B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.! The entire installation of my 3 basement egress windows, wells, ladders, rock, cover etc...and how they did the interior window woodwork around the windows was incedible!! I was actually speechless. I want to say "Thank You" to the entire Heritage Exterior and Restoration team, for giving me the best Customer Service I have ever dealt with and for the beautiful work you did to my home. I wish I could give more then a 5 star and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!! I searched for a semi-local company that would work with my insurance and after a couple of calls, Heritage Exteriors was my choice. I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable associate (Chris) who came to my house with, walked me through the process and assured me of the company's professionalism and workmanship. He answered all of my questions and was very down-to-earth. After a few weeks I received the supplies in my driveway and within a few days the workers were ready to go. They showed up ready to work at 2:30 and were gone by 7:30. They finished the roof, cleaned up the yard and made sure I was satisfied. A couple of days later the inspector arrived and made sure everything was to par, which it was and made sure I had no further questions. All-in-all I'd give them 5 stars easy. Should I ever need further work done I would not hesitate to use Heritage Exteriors.Service: Roof installation
