It was a Friday afternoon and my family was doing gardening. My son accidentally hit the gas line into the house. These guys were great and came to fix the line at a moments notice. In fact, it was fast enough that we were able to get the gas turned back on before the weekend. Many thanks.

My central A/C died during a particularly brutal July heatwave. Called Craig on a Monday morning for a replacement estimate; his crew had my new system in and running by the following afternoon! Treated my situation as an emergency, without gouging me with emergency pricing. Installation crew was friendly and willing to answer any questions along the way. I won't hesitate to call them again. I'm not one to typically write reviews. To say I'm disappointed with the unprofessionalism from this company and it's employee's would be an understatement. I had a scheduled appointment and was prepared for them. When I saw them drive by my house but not stop, I figured maybe they're lost. 15 minutes later, still not here. I called the main line to see what's going on. Instead of getting my scheduled appointment honored, I was told by the receptionist that they had already came and left. Confusing, considering I had been here the whole time waiting for them. There was never any knock or business card left as they claim. Instead, I was told I'd have to make another appointment. To top it off, he called me later just to tell me that I'm wrong and that he was here and knocked 4 times. I have security cameras. Oddly enough, can't see anyone knocking at all. It's one thing to not honor an appointment, but to have poor customer service on top of it, well let's just say I doubt I'd recommend this business.Service: Heating system repair

We had called to have them come check out our AC unit. They informed us they were able to get an error code and would call us back after they found out what it meant. They never called back - I called almost a month after they came out and they told me 'Oh we don't service LG units, you will have to call someone else.' I asked why they didn't call me back once they realized that and they had no reason. I then asked if we could get a quote for potentially installing full central air and they said they could do that. I have never heard back and needless to say we have taken our business elsewhere.
