Red River Animal Emergency Hospital

We first partnered with TWC in 2018 for their help with the design and remodel of an existing 11,000 sf facility. Turning what was once a restaurant into North Dakota’s first and only 24/7 small animal emergency hospital. They provided a great deal of direction and insight to this build and remodel, providing us a space with 8 Exam rooms, a beautiful comfort room, two surgery suites, CT suite, radiology suite, and really turned our vision into a reality. Fast-forward to 2022, and we elected to use TWC to expand our emergency hospital to include an additional 12,000 sf referral and specialty expansion! This two story expansion went seamlessly, the TWC team and all of our subcontractors were amazing. We now have an additional 7 Exam rooms, comfort room, radiology suite, two surgery suites, dialysis suite, chemo suite and hood room, a massive treatment area, and second story space that includes office space and conference room. This new expansion will provide our specialists and team with all the room they need! We cannot thank the TWC team enough for all their help over the past 5 years. They have been responsive to every call and email, and have always made sure that we are happy and taken care of! Personal thank you to Marty, Jamie, Keith, Amy, and Dave.

TWC was able to take the ideas that I have had in my head for 30 years and turn them into a beautiful, highly functional 10,000 sf facility with 13 exam rooms and a comfort room. Our treatment room is outstanding. We have been in our new building for 3 years now and TWC is still very responsive to our needs. This is a great company. I forgot to mention that we were building during the height of Covid and they never wavered. We moved in on time and on budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough. At the end of the day, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I have heartfully recommended them to several colleagues.

If I could give them a 10, I would! I shudder to think of just how complicated and convoluted the process would have been if we did not have them on our team....and that it was...a very efficient and effective team. We had a hybrid project (renovation and addition) and construction started right in the thick of the COVID nightmare. Throughout the endeavor, from beginning to end, they were Professional and Responsive, guiding us through the design and development phase (about a year) and then throughout the construction process to achieve a most effective and beautiful outcome (incredibly a total of 9 months) . I would say that we also got great quality and value as well. But if indeed we paid more, we got what we paid for. WE will be eternally grateful to everyone at TWC ... You are THE BEST!

Not recommended. Definitely DO NOT sign their contract or agree to use their ProCore system.Unfortunately we were part of a recent poorly run project that fell behind with numerous change orders due to lack of foresight. Low quality installations and a number of warranty issues, mainly due to supervision issues. They will have a sloppy work-site causing failed inspections along with unreasonable inspection time-frames while pushing subs on top of one another. Then they'll use failed inspections due to their own lack of planning and proper supervision in an attempt to justify backcharges as a reason to not pay their sub contractors.Over promised and under delivered. Run away.

We had a bid opportunity with these folks, as a sub on a project. We had a meeting with the project manager at the site, and found out what our scope of work was expected to be. Did the full takeoffs, put together a quote and submitted as per requested. After 9 voice messages and 5 e-mails, over 5 months, to the project and assistant project manager, I have never got a reply as to the results from our bid. NO REPLY SAYING YES, NO, TOO HIGH, TOO LOW, NOTHING!!!!! AT LEAST REPLY, WE SPENT OUR TIME TO GET YOU (TERWISSCHA) A QUOTE. HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLY!!!! SHOWS WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE THEY HIRE. I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM TO BUILD MY DOGHOUSE.
