Our roof was damaged by a severe hail storm earlier this summer. It's not every year that you have your roof replaced and so I didn't know where to start and was apprehensive about the process. Fortunately I found Jonah Westbury who works for PEI and they did an awesome job on my house and detached garage. He was extremely responsive and worked with my insurance company directly. Jonah is very professional and knew the process inside out which really helped and saved me a lot of time. PEI's work was also done to a very high level as was confirmed by the city inspector who came to look at the finished job. He told me that they were very detailed and he was even impressed with the pictures they took for him and the quality of the work which he said he doesn't always see from other roofers. After a hail storm, we chose PEI as our contractor to do a full new roof and new exterior siding. Our insurance company was very slow and took much back and forth to get the full roof and exterior siding approved. Tim at PEI kept in touch with me and with our insurance company. In the end, it took both of us trying to escalate with insurance to get the funds approved. This approval process alone took 6+ months due to our insurance company. My guess is most contractors would've moved on to other projects. I'm thankful for Tim for the perseverance.In the end, we got a full new roof and full new exterior siding. I had a different contractor didn't do anything, so when I was at a home and garden show I stopped by pei and talked to Jason he said that he would be able to help. Not only did he help he went above and beyond because my insurance fought tooth and nail every step of the way but Jason didn't back down and after a year and a half I finally got my new roof. And when the work was done the crew at my house went above and beyond cleaning up the shingles that had fallen off the roof.

After receiving a referral for them, I hired PEI on several projects including installing gutters, replacing gutters and a roof after storm damage and work on the siding. I have nothing but good things to say about professional exteriors. I was able to meet Jason by chance and like a lot of people, I was skeptical. I knew I needed my siding and likely roof redone due to a hail storm but I kept putting it off. Jason did a thorough inspection on the spot and took the time show me where the damage was and explained what and where the damage was and why I needed it done. I was anxious and apprehensive on pulling the trigger but I am glad I did. I am clueless when it comes to all of these things but he fought tooth and nail with my insurance company to ensure I got what I needed done, done. I want to point out for anyone reading this that he ensured my insurance paid what they needed to. I ended up paying $500 out of pocket but that is nothing compared to the $15k my insurance paid. Initially, when I saw my insurance company only wanted to cover 11k he reassured me the rest would be covered and it was. Jason’s communication throughout this experience was always prompt and professional. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was and how willing he was to explain things in a way I would understand and never made me feel like I was dumb for not knowing something. Like I said earlier, he fought the insurance company like his life depended on it and kept me updated each step of the way. I highly recommend professional exteriors. Thanks again!

Jason and everyone at PEI are amazing! When I meet Jason, and some of his teammates, they offered to go out of their way to check the roof of my house. I was no where near their final destination but they kindly offered and I was a new homeowner and didn’t know anything about maintaining a roof. We had a big thunderstorm in the area and I had come to find out I had hail damage. I had bought the house not even two months before meeting Jason that I didn’t expect to need to replace the roof just yet. I didn’t even know how home owners insurance worked. But Jason and everyone at PEI went above and beyond. They were there to answer any and all my questions and completed my roof before I even noticed! That’s how fast and efficient they were! I’ve gotten multiple complements from my neighbors saying that my roof looked great and the construction workers were beyond friendly and courteous of my older neighbors and the noise. I had an absolutely horrible experience with PEI. The company did really shoddy work, they had to come back 4 times before they were able to pass inspection. One of the times almost having to take half my roof off to fix their mistakes. They left garbage and nails all over after they left causing flat tires on cars. also my roof is almost as easy as they come, so any half way competent company would not have made the mistakes they did. Also the owner Brad was very confrontational when being called out for crummy work.I gave them many opportunities to salvage a happy customer out of me and they just didnt care. also way more expensive than they should be.Do yourself a favor DONT HIRE this company. hire anyone else, cause they will do better work.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Waterproofing, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof damage repair
