RJI provided professional roofing and siding services. From the Sales Representative to the construction workers were extremely competent. They kept to the scope of the contract and notified me of any potential changes in the construction schedule. The job was completed without a need for any rework. The company was very familiar with insurance procedures and were patient with payments delays due to the insurance process. We had our roofing and siding replaced due to Hail damage. They sent someone out to look at the damage and estimate the repairs he was so kind and friendly. RJI worked with our insurance company so we did not have to deal with that. First repair was our roof. Supplies were delivered ahead and the people that did the repair were amazing hard worker never took a break had damaged shingles off and new ones on and were done in like 6 hrs. RJI come before, during and after make sure everything was right. Second come the house siding another amazing job. I will say not everybody is perfect but they were a few little issues but if you called them they returned your call and fixed the issue within a day again great customer service. All the people we had to work with worker wise and RJI company wise were so kind and friendly and YES we would recommended them to others. Great job RJI keep up the great work and customer service.

Extremely upset!! Hired RJI Professionals to replace my roof due to large hole in roof from storm damage in October of '23! HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL. It is now the middle of April '24 and just received phone message they will call in 2 weeks to schedule roof replacement in 4 to 6 weeks! This after the mildest winter ever.Very unacceptable. CEILING Damage that cannot be repaired until roof fixed.Unable to use an entire room and unable to list house for sale. They have delayed life. I feel all monies should be returned and a company that can actually deliver said promised services can be hired at this point. Very unhappy and disappointed in Forest Lake!

RJI made significant improvement in the appearance of our home, and in a timely manner. All of the soffits were replaced and chutes added for much improved ventilation of the attic. I needed this done to help prevent ice dams during the snowy months. They also wrapped all of the fascia and all of the window and door trim. This made a great improvement in the appearance of the house and I no longer need to paint these areas! Also new rain gutters and downspouts were replaced with product which is very high quality. I am well pleased with the work that was done and the efficiency with which it was completed.

I had a tree limb go through my roof late last fall. RJI came out the same day to patch the hole and ensure I was safe through the winter… since the temperatures were too cold for a full roof repair.When they returned the nest year to do the repair, in warmer weather, the entire team was so friendly, professional, polite, and efficient. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I was hit with a severe storm with golf ball size hail, had damage to my roofs, windows and other things. RJI was on the scene for all the repairs. I also had three new windows installed. The RJI crews where awesome to have around to do the repairs. They where very friendly and professional on everything aspect of the job. We had some hail damage and the entire roof needed to be replaced. RJI made it so easy. They dealt with the insurance company. They walked us through what the insurance adjuster saw and explained each line item. For something you just don't want to deal with, having to replace a roof because of weather, it was such an easy process. When the crew arrived to do the work they were super professional and in and out in one day. You could tell that they knew what they were doing. RJI did a great job on our roof. Our salesman, Wes, was very patient with all our questions. The staff at RJI took care of dealing with our insurance company and made the project go smoothly. We wanted to delay our project start date a bit - and RJI followed through and did the work when we wanted it done. Getting a new roof is a messy project - no way around that - and I will admit I was worried about how things would look when they were done, but once RJI was done, everything was cleaned up and looked great. We had one very minor issue that wasn't a huge deal to me, but when I mentioned it to the staff at RJI - they came out that same week and took care of it. No questions. Thank you RJI.
