We loved building our new house through Wobig Construction! Joe prided himself on building quality homes, and he did so for our house. We were involved every step of the way, from the ground up. We were able to meet with all the crucial contractors to pick out everything from flooring to light fixtures. He gave us a budget for everything and warned us if we went over budget so we can adjust according instead of getting a big sticker shock at the end. He listened to our inputs and tell us if it's doable or not. He kept us appraised of all developments and let us viewed the work in progress. We are very happy with the whole building process and how the house turned out in the end. All the contractors involved did an excellent job. We would highly recommend Wobig Construction LLC to anyone who's looking to build their dream house.

They repaired the roof over our garage a little over a year ago prior to my wife and me moving in, and it's already leaking when it rains. My wife has called numerous times, but they haven't answered her once, for some reason. They answer when I call, however. I've set up appointments 3 separate times, but they've yet to show up, and they haven't called to reschedule; I've been the one to call. I keep getting excuses, such as, "I forgot to put it in the calendar," and, "we're dealing with another major repair currently." I guess it's a big hassle to send a single person out to simply check on the roof.Update: I received a call from them this morning (the day after writing above) using this review as a negotiation tactic to send someone out. They refused to send a person out until I removed this review, which I refused to do. We’re going with someone else to fix our roof.
