First time here and last time here. This place is not designed or managed properly. If your facility receives 20-30 coils per day and you only have 1 bay to unload coils you'd need to aim to unload 1 coil per 20 minutes to keep from tying up drivers who don't make a living by sitting at your convenience. This location obviously has room to expand. Also why is it second shift can unload trucks faster than 1st shift? Obviously you have way too many chiefs and not enough indians on first shift.

1 star is to much for this place. The employees are rude. I've been over 5 hours and still not in the building to load 1 coil. I have to wonder how they treat customers. They definitely could care less about the drivers and the fact we are on a time limit with elogs.

One star is way to good for this damn place. Been here 3 hours and literally no one has gotten unloade . There is 15 trucks in line and they have not unloaded a single truck and when you try to find out what the problem is they act like your an inconvenience to them. Piss poor place.

Great receiving hours. They start on Sunday at 10:30p and go 24hrs until Friday at 11p. Unfortunately the receiving dept is lazy, slow and rude. 3 women standing around talking not 10 feet from me while I sat for over an hour waiting to be unloaded and there were no other trucks ahead of me. They don't respond to hi, bye or have a nice day. Those 3 women need replaced with people that actually want to work. Gave 2 stars because of the hours otherwise it would have been 1 or none.

Piss poor recieving area. Overstocked. Coils stacked in the thru way making it difficult to navigate without tearing your truck up. Expect long hours of waiting to unload. I arrived at noon and still a very long line of trucks in front of me at 6pm. Averaging 1 truck per hour to hour and a half. Keep in mind these are all delivering single coils. This company has no issue with letting a truck driver know that their time is of no concern to them.

Delievered a coul here,,,,fast unload,,,,,20-25mnts in and out---For coil dlvry go to E3 bay and if the light is green go close to door otherwise wait at white line,,,,if bay door doesnt open even at green light than there is a bell close to walk in doorNo designated area for overnight parking but outside main door,,, can park i gyess there wont b any issue

They are very slow and could NOT answer a phone to save there lives. You can literally try to call any department and either nobody will answer or it just goes straight to voice mail. Takes at least 45 mins+ to unload a truck everytime I've been there. If u have the option to avoid this place then do so and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this unprofessional and lazy company.

The managers where nice but the person training me on slitter was horrible. His name is Brandon. So if you get hired make sure you don't work with Brandon. James and Jonathan deserve 5 stars but working with Brandon is 1 star. He works in slitter.

They order steel then have drivers sit and wait outside for hours, ostensibly to warehouse their coils, because "they have no room". Piss poor management and zero respect for the trucking industry and drivers as we are bound by regulations that dictate our hours strictly. When their freight rates begin to skyrocket, maybe someone at Toyota will step in.

This time I had 20 trucks in front of me. Got here on night shift, and have been here 7 hours already. Thinking about parking it in their bay and going to sleep when and if I ever get in there.

They have improved in the last year. I use to refuse loads that drop here can’t make money waiting 4 hours to get unloaded

16 hours to get unloaded at night, night shift didn’t even unload but maybe 8 trucks. Slow slow slow don’t be in a hurry if you come here.

Over 6 hours to unload on night shift, have sat here 12 hours before. Crew seems to disappear, dont care how many trucks are waiting

i was reading all the reviews before i come here and i was having a hope that is not that bad how people saysso is not that bad its WORSEthis place is disorganised messim here 15 hours and only reason why i stay is because i had a round trip i need to be unloaded and loaded here but never again
