I woke up Saturday morning (2/11) to a cold house. I am fairly new to the area so I did a Google search to find someone to come look at my unit. I read the reviews and I see that Trevor comes highly recommended. I was thinking…yeah I’m sure these are friends and family giving these reviews. But I decided to give them a call. To my surprise Trevor answered the phone around 8 or 9am on a Saturday morning. He was out to my house in no time. He did the diagnostic and told me what the problem was. Unfortunately, it was the weekend so it would be Monday before he could get the part and get it fixed. Well Monday rolled around and to my surprise he contacted me early morning to let me know the part was in and he would be by to fix it. I can honestly say…TREVOR is the man!!! He’s very knowledgeable and efficient in his craft. I highly recommend!!!!Service: Heating system repair

Trevor was such a professional and it felt like he was genuine when discussing the issues I had with my A/C. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had me a new A/C installed within the week. Highly recommend AirTech. We called Trevor with AirTech on a Sunday. Our air quit cooling. He helped us troubleshoot the issue and we were able to correct it without a visit. A short time past and unfortunately Covid hit our family during a heatwave. The same issue happened repeatedly over a week and a half. We finely called Trevor again. Told him about the issue and how we were in quarantine. He and his crew fit us in the Same Day for a service call. Not only were they very professional and easy to work with they were also very thorough yet quick. Easy payment options. Friendly and honest hard working crew. Trevor got to my house in under 10 minutes from the time I hung up the phone with him. He charged my ac unit with R22 refrigerant in about 15 minutes. Talk about fast and friendly service! Trevor with AirTech is great! He was able to come to my house the day I called him to fix my air conditioning. Trevor was very informative in explaining the issues with my A/C and the different options for repairing what was wrong. He also gave me helpful hints in maintaining my unit throughout the year. Trevor helped us out tremendously! My husband is in the military and was on a mission. Our air conditioning went out and Trevor came out the same day we called and fixed it. On Thursday our A/C unit went out. I called a friend and he referred Trevor Yates at AirTech Heating and Cooling, LLC. He came out on Friday evening and looked at our unit and told us we would need a new unit. He showed back up first thing Saturday morning and replaced our unit. Never stopping until the job was complete. It’s hard finding people you can trust and feel that you got a fair deal and not someone taking advantage of you in dire situation. The temps outside were in the 90’s. Trevor got us up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond for us. He is a very courteous, friendly, and hardworking young man. I would strongly recommend Trevor for your heating and cooling needs. You will not be disappointed.

Our AC went out and after getting the run around with a big wig company and not to mention a quoted 400$ alone in parts fix! If I could rate AirTech more than 5 stars, I would! Trevor was very fast, super knowledgeable and very affordable. I called after 5 on a Friday night. He answered, where as I called about 9 others who didn't. He was on a call and on a roof at the time. He showed up within a few hours. Was fast and efficient. They had my AC up and running in less than 40 min. Him and his partner even helped moved my vehicle out of the garage because my leg is broken. Nice guys. Solid job. Being in Mississippi, air conditioning is a must have... especially with a 4 month old baby. We came home to the AC not blowing cold air. Luckily Trevor answered the phone at 8:00 P.M. on a Saturday evening. He was at the house by 9:00 and had everything fixed and back to normal operation in no time. Came home from a long hot day at work to my AC unit not workin, it was hotter than two big girls in a broke down car at 3 o'clock in the afternoon in the middle of the Sahara Desert with the windows rolled up smokin cigarettes. Called that number and Trevor was here within 15 minutes and got my AC workin in about 20 minutes. Would recommend Trevor.

I realized the AC was not working correctly around 11:00 pm on a very hot Saturday night. I called AirTech around 11:30pm. Trevor knew what the problem was from my description. He was at my house at 12:30, checked the AC, found the bad part (the one he suspected on the phone), had the replacement part in his truck, replaced it, and was gone before 1:00 am . I was blown away.
