We were impressed with the way they protected our landscaping and windows. The cleanup was also outstanding! Communication prior to work was great - I was notified of when work was to be done and they were punctual.Workers were respectful and knowledgeable. They listened as well as suggested improvements.We had had a gutter erected over our new shop door by another company and the work was not done well - downspout over security lights, too long, caught owner of company in lies, No communication…. Fed up, I called Watkins and the whole process was easy and done well start to finish.I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough positive comments about our experience with Jeff Thomas and Ron Johnson throughout the entire roofing experience. They both were extremely patient through the whole process. Thanks to Jeff, we realized we had some termite damage on our pine beams on the back porch that we wouldn’t have known without him pointing it out. Ron was extremely patient with us during the entire process and ensured everything was done like we wanted. Mike Covington was excellent as well and made sure we were taken care of appropriately. Watkins stands behind what they do and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end product. Bottom line is you get what you pay for so don’t use a “fly by night” roofing company and go with Watkins who will make sure you are satisfied! Thanks to all of them for taking such good care of us!

I had a very pleasant experience with Watkins Construction and roofing company. Shan Hales was the person who came to inspect my roof and to let me know what needed to be done. He arrived before the appointment time, he was very pleasant, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Shane explained to me what needed to be done and he was able to complete the job right then. Shan went above and beyond all my expectations. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I appreciated his work ethic and his integrity.

Watkins is a well oiled machine. Professional from day one and yes, I have dealt with other roofers before. David is a great guy and a friend now; he helped me make all the decisions we needed to make from initial consult to finished job. Ron stepped in to help my guy Jamey who was under the weather on install day. He and David both made multiple trips to ensure quality control both days and after completion to check with me and ensure site cleanup. My wife and I chose a shingle upgrade for more definition the house; it was worth every penny and looks far better than we expected. I literally couldn't have asked anything more of them during this process.

The roof installation was scheduled several months after the inspection and signed agreement but Stephanie kept us updated on the status of our schedule and it was changed by only one day due to rain.Matthew texted the day before to let me know what time they would be onsite. We had storm / wind damage to the front of our house recently. Our insurance company sent Watkins Construction to evaluate and give us an estimate on the repair. They came quickly, at the time they stated and their representative was very friendly and professional. We chose to have them do the repairs and they took care of everything. One team did the woodwork repair and the next day another team came out to replace the gutters. State Farm instructed them to reuse anything still usable but in doing so we were disappointed with part of the repair. Watkins immediately backed out the section and had the whole thing repaired like new! They worked with us and took into consideration our interests completely. They told us to call them if we had any problems or concerns with their work. They didn’t even ask for payment until a couple days later to be sure we were happy! They are a pleasure to work with and the work they do is outstanding. Very impressed with this company. When you call for a quote definitely ask for John Allen. First thing he did was ask if we had a blower so he could blow off my roof. When he did that he found the damage that the previous person did not. Not long after he left Mr Ashley called me to schedule the repair I needed. The workers were very thorough even went in my attic to see for a leak I wasn’t sure where it was. They cleaned up all the repair debris. Also Stephanie kept me updated throughout the whole process. From the start of meeting John Allen I knew I was in good hands. The price of the repairs were reasonable as well. They will forever have my business. I also had John Allen come out to another ladies house to look at her roof and when he got done with her insurance company, he got a great deal at replacing her whole roof.
